Yep, on a slow bulk and eating more so strength is on the rise as well. Gone from 170lbs to 177 in 4 weeksGot some deep cuts coming thru ....damn good for natty .

Made my lil brother a bulkers version of my breakfast lol
1 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla whey isolate
6Tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 cup oatmeal (precooked measure)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth syrup
And 16oz of milk to wash it down...
Adds up to around 1300 calories for the kid...
Compared to my roughly 400 cal version lolol
That's very respectable natural. Mine are 19 natural but they grow faster than the rest of me and tend to make me look unbalanced at times. I haven't taken any measurements for a long time. I just try to look as ascetic as possible given my statureMy guns should be at 18" by now![]()
