However I could probably obtain a sample so you could do a head to head...strictly for research purposes. Shouldn't be a problem crossing state lines with the venison and liquor, on account of it's Xmas, and they are gifts and all :D

Operation bulk chicken/rice/brocoli was a success. I (conservatively) put some powdered chicken bulion and a little bit of olive oil in the rice, the shit was awesome. Brushed the chicken in olive oil, seasoned it with "Montreal" seasoning (probably cajun next time).
350, 25 minutes, good shit.

I'll probably sub out the brocoli for spinach or green beans the next few times though, put a little bulion in that shit too.

I'll get some pics next batch.
 
I dated a chick for 7 years that was Lebanese. Her family would always make them. If you want to know how to really piss Lebanon people off just ask for the ketchup while eating grape leafs. Lol. I actually really enjoy them now.
Docd's Lebanese too...would not ever want to piss him off lol. I liked stuffed grape leaves as I had them before.

Leg day for me too . Goin for 360x5x5 (up 10lbs) squats.
That's beast in my book brother. I wish I could pile plates on like I used to but my lower back will compress(always had back and neck issues for some reason). Now, I go a little lighter but drop it in the bucket every time. Still gets the job done, then finish with weighted lunges until I can't do another step
