What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Slow bulk for me as my goal weight is 195~205. I do want to pack on more mass on my 5'8" frame without getting fat.

It involves a portable lathe saw and cutting lumber out in the bush . I can produce 2x4"s and 2x6/8/10"s for a few dimes a piece . And sell for up to $15 a piece . But Im limited to where I can take the wood...
Why not build a leanto for your gym gear?

I know , its ludicrous working out in the weather sometimes , but again I cant build anything where I live . Its not in the lease and the homeowner Im leasing from the last 7 years says no structures at all , no matter how small . So I show my defiance my braving the cold and rain ,lol . And brother its been a winner of a winter so far . Hard rains everyday . No relief .

Hahaha maybe I should have gone when the sun's about to go down lol.

This river trail is about 3.5 miles long and goes alongside rail tracks at the midpoint then at the end it meets a beach road.

The pictures are low as I propped my phone up on a small boulder then set the self timer.

Merry Christmas to all my Meso brothers. Eat well. Sleep hard. Tomorrow is back to normal day. No more excuses that the holidays are getting in the way of my training.
My New Years resolution is to complete a 24 week cycle of alternating compounds. I couldn't wait until the 1st. Too excited. Day 7 today.

Same to you brother and I am going tomorrow...and definitely a stint on the stairmaster for me too. Considering I have eaten quite a bit I should have a lot in the tank for some nice lifts :)
