I been smoking bud before bed. I fall asleep in less than a minute and stall asleep all night! My.plan worked well last night

I'm loving the tren so far. I am already getting compliments from the size increase. My strength is going up and I seem to have lost some bf as well. Vascularity is up, especially when I lift.

Last night I had some extremely vivid dreams, which normally dosent happen when I smoke. I woke up sweating but I was cold. However, I have been sleepin like a king. I got about 14 hours last night. 21 days on tren as of today

Trek kinda scares me. I'd end up worrying about the color of my urine, I definitely wouldn't be sleeping on it since I have to take melatonin and the occasional small dose of clonopin just to get to sleep now. Not sure why test e and eq would do that to me but I'm sure Tren would be worse. Oh, and I'd end up killing my gf's entire family. Especially that tiny little dog of theirs that never stops barking(chiwawa)

Cookies.. I cant have any in the house cause i kill them at night. I was looking forward to using tren because of the "appetite supression" but i have a fucking appetite like never before.

Looking good. I'm not seeing any signs of gyno. Is it in your head or do you actually feel a lump?

There is a lump for sure. You really can't see it, but at a lower bf it would be very obvious especially the nip with the preexisting gyno.

My strength increase has been insane. It's like every time I go to the gym I can lift more and more weight.

Muscle hardness is insane as well. It's like I can squeeze and squeeze and squeeze my muscle and feel the fibers activating. My grip is 10x better. I have been hitting my forearms traps and calves extremely hard. Hopefully they will respond.

I am just trying to shake this. If the gyno flares I'll get a up close pic with good light and see if you can tell

What I DONT SEE is any clear evidence of GCM fella, and if that is the case you're circling the GCM wagons unnecessarily !

Once again the devil is in the details. To that end the only PIC more revealing than the above is an ULTRASOUND!

I had an ultrasound already before I started the cycle. There is conformed gyno in the right nipple. The developing gyno is on the left side.

When I took the picture, the gyno wasn't flared up. Last night, my nipples looked like Hersey kisses

Nipple changes do NOT define GCM NT!

What does? An enlarging hyper-dense mass on sonography! Send me or post your Sono if that's possible.

What many believe is GCM is often due to adipose tissue chest wall "swelling" bc of the local influence of E-2. These changes are not to be confused with GCM, the latter being the result of estrogen DEPENDENT BREAST TISSUE!

This Sono is relatively characteristic of GCM

The pain and hardness of the lump is not only behind the nipple but in the surrounding tissue as well

This Sono is representative of diffuse fatty infiltration

AND

A "lipoma"

AND finally GCM

Since the differential DX is relatively small, interpreting AAS associated sonographic changes becomes more simplified as compared to say a "women with a breast lump".

Ultimately the diagnosis is confirmed by an enlarging mass, with echogenic features similar to the GCM sono PIC.

Finally as others have already eluded to, IF you have GCM it's not of clinical import at this juncture as it has not resulted in a noticeable cosmetic defect. However that in no ways means your signs or symptoms are to be ignored!

And that is entirely inconsistent with GCM based upon the pics you have posted, and more likely the result of fatty edema, IME

Definitely leaner than the pic you posted on page 3. Rapidly moving in the right direction.

The lump non my right nipple us probably the size of a half dollar almost. It's pretty huge. The developing gyno is the left nipple is about the size of a nickel atm
