Glassware

Hi Guys, I usually use beaker to make my homebrew, but lately I have been researched and talked to my friends, and some use Erlenmeyer and others use even volumetric flask to make the solution as it claim that these have greater accuracy than the beaker ... What is your opinion? I am asking this because I've ever had many problems of accuracy, for example, I estimated already fill 50 bottles (10ml), and ended up doing 52 (underdosed) bottles, or even 48 (superdosed).

And what glassware you use to make the measurement of solvents, oils, etc? Pipette? Beaker? Burette?

Ive always used slins for small accurate measurements of solvents, and bigger syringes for carriers. Usually if you make the recipie for 50ml, youll get a couple ml under that due to residual left in syringes, filter and beakers. But even then I wouldnt say the 48ml is 'super dosed'. It doesnt make that big of a difference. Just add a couple ml extra of carrier and make your vials all 10ml. Mg doesnt rlly mean that much since raws differ so much. We all dose up accordingly to bloods anyways.

compared to something purposely made undersides. my gear seems on point to everyone evenmyself and I use the beaker lines at 100 mills to stop adding oil when its at line. but I'm consistent that's all that matters you make it same way if you have to.do more do more if not don't.
I believe you are ok exspecially if its for you'reself but if for others just measure with syringes that's what I use to do but its for me now

The very first time I brewed, I used the beaker lines. Afterwards the ml were way off. I finally found out that the marks on my beakers were not correct at all.
