Getting some taurine for muscle pumps and cramps.

How much should one take for effectiveness?

I am hearing high doses like 3 g morning and night. I think I am going to do 1 g scoop pre workout and post workout. Maybe one and night depending on feeling.
 
I bought the 1000 mg powder and it has 500 g of it. So it def should last even at 5 g per day. only 20 bills. If it allows me to move and stop these fucking cramps/pumps it is worth it. They had 1000 mg tabs but I feel like powder is better. Makes me drink more water. And possibly better absorbtion but both are good for that.
 
I take 5 grams pre and 5 grams with my BCAA intra. I worked up to this as the first time I did it I treated it like creatine and just smacked like 20g in my pre shake.... Ya I didn't leave the porcelain thrown once I got to the gym. 3G pre and 3G intra was a great spot for me when it was just my own body cramping up but when it's AAS causing it then I need more
 
I have been using taurine for about a month. It has worked wonders. I used 3 g a day pre workout for 2 weeks, 4 g for 1 week, and now on 5 g for the rest of time, on cycle. I have no more pumps and crazy cramps. I am having some pretty intense stretches. Like when I wake up or have been sitting for a while. Most intense stretches, but it feels so good.
