New to this site, just here to learn new stuff about lifting and supplements, seems like atleast one thread pops up on here every time I Google a question so I figured it would be a good place to be involved with.

This is definitely a great place to learn. Welcome to Meso brother.
I used to think I knew a lot also back in my younger days. Come to find out I didn't know a dam thing. Everything I thought I knew ended up being the worst way to do things. So I guess I did know quit a bit, quit a bit of how not to do things. LolThanks man! I like to think I know a decent amount, my pops taught me everything he knows, but of course there is new information all the time so there's always more to learn, you can never have enough knowledge
welcome it's a wonderful place for information bunch of great guys also.
If everyone learned more about what works, the only thing bb.com would have left to sell would be whey. Thanks bro. Yeah it seems good, this and bodybuulding.com are the two that I always see popping up, I joined over there first but I saw that Meso has a better tolerance for talking Bout certain subjects, namely gear. It seems from reading a couple threads that they get a little ancy anytime anyone even mentions the s word lol. Which, that'd their prerogative, but as a bodybuilding forum you would think that anything pertaining to the sport would not be taboo.

Welcome to Meso. If you're looking to learn, you found the right spot. There is a wealth of knowledge here that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Coupled with the irrevocable right to speak your mind here, this is an amazing place to gather knowledge.
Welcome to the hood mate lots of valuable information and great friendly people on here!
Welcome to Meso man
Welcome. The amount of info here covers all aspects of the bodybuilding world and many that don't as well. I've learned much here and the more I learn the more I realize I don't know anything and still have a lot to learn! If you get involved and show respect, you'll be respected.
Welcome to MESO bro. I have to ask though, where are those stats my man? To go along with the stats can we get your training history, cycling history (if any), an any future goals your are looking forward to accomplish?
Now thats an intro done the right way my brothaThanks! Yeah absolutely.
Well I'm 22, 6'3 right around 314.
Not sure about body fat, but I've got a fair bit of extra fat to shed haha.
Bench 295 squat 365 deadlift 425
I started when I was about 15 under my father's tutelage (that guy is a real monster and knows his stuff) and lifted consistently till about 18 and that's when I started fuckin up. I was going through some shit and I got depressed and just shut down, started drinking and doin drugs and stupid shit. Started getting at it when I was 22 but not very consistently as I just couldn't get motivated, really started hitting it about 6-7 months ago, I just got tired of sitting around letting myself go to shit n and feeling sorry for myself, my pops is an older fella, 50 now, and he n takes test just to make up for what he has lost with age and he suggested maybe I should do my research and try a small cycle just to help kick my ass into gear a little bit n so under his watch I did a short cycle, just 6 weeks at 500mg a week sus. Which I definitely felt helped me as far as motivation, energy, and drive. So just been doing it without any gear n since then but thinkkng about doing another similar cycle with the exception of adding a few weeks to it this time.
As far as goals I just want to get stronger. As it stands right now I want to hit 405 for bench, atleast 500 squat and 600 deadlift and then I'll go from there. Of course, the fact that I'm leaning out and looking better is great as well. The biggest thing for me though is that I feel better, only time I'm really like legitimately happy is when I'm in the gym so it's a mental thing for me too, keeps the depression away.
I train five days a week, monday n through Friday and take Saturday and Sunday off. I would go on those day b if I could but I work a double shift on Saturday and the bus schedule doesn't line up for me to get out there, and the bus doesn't run period on Sundays so I can't go then.
I'm usually in there about 2-2 1/2 hours per workout, I always lift heavy just cuz that's the way my old man taught me and since it's worked so we for him and we have similar body structure 8t works well for me and keeps it enjoyable because I love lifting heavy haha.
Well shit that's about all I can think to mention, anything else you wanted to know feel free to ask.
Now thats an intro done the right way my brothaThank you for the very detailed info
Now we know where you came from, at, an where you are wanting to be
Enjoy
