I used to be piss drunk a lot as a college kid but after nearly getting killed doing some dangerous stunts while drunk and high, I swore off the booze.

I did a total weekly rep count of 283 reps for triceps and 173 reps for biceps. That IS NOT counting all the compound lifts like bench and rows. If these arms don't blow up then I'll be damned!!!

How is it possible to get STRONGER with all this volume?

300x6 close bench is beast . 120x6 in the curl is not bad either (Im weak in the curl)

I've never been one to have a "max curl". Never majored in the minors, so to speak. Still you're busting PRs like crazy, keep it up trukker.

I'm now a firm believer in high test with auxiliary compounds added in. I will likely go 2x the test next time (2g) or maybe 1500mg and just run maybe one other compound with it in small dose for a total of 2 grams or maybe 2500.
1 my diet has not changed on any other cycle
2 my volume has but that doesn't really explain my huge gains in reps of 6

3 my doses have changed. I'm running twice what I've run before and I'm OBLITERATING what I thought was possible. This is proof alone higher doses are important to break plateaus. That combined with a t-rex diet and intense training!

I'm sticking with my plan as written by me.
*compound lifts incline, rows, squats, standing barbell curl, military presses, close grip, dips, are performed in strength reps of 6

*iso movements are performed with reps 10-30. Dual head attack.

■another thing to note is I'm astonished how strong I am in reps of ••••6••••
I'm literally failing on say standing barbell curl at 105x6. All I could give. I add 10 lbs on and I give 115x6 and again 120x6. Its never ending. I don't believe I leave anything on the table and I add weight for the next set. I am...amazed. I'm experiencing this on all my compound lifts. All of em. But also to the contrary it's not translating to higher reps. I'm pretty much strong as fuck in 6

Now time for another rotisserie chicken and rice roni meal :)

When you read a pro- Body Builder's cycle you think holy shit. I had to put my cycle on hold as most of you know but my cycle is laid out at over 3 grams a week. Go big or go home. I'm tired of being normal
 
Im doing 6 rep max sets at the time too . No reps over 6 , not even warm-ups .

Im thinking about trying the CT Fletcher 200 rep bench challenge today . Just for fun ...:)
I used to do the 100 rep pullover challenge:cool:
I started with 10, 15, 25.
I don't employ these tactics any more.
Try 100 pullovers with 25 lbs. Deep breathe to expand the ribcage and full stretch.

I'm thinking just test next time at 2g then maybe deca at 500mg? With 300mg tren at the beginning or back end?

Here I go . Im gonna start with 245lbs on the bar (all in 10#) then take away 20lbs at a time until I hit 65lbs (bar+20lbs) then go back up to 245lbs , then back down again . Up and down until I hit 200 reps . The CT Fletcher 200 rep challenge .Sound correct ??
