I'm now a firm believer in high test with auxiliary compounds added in. I will likely go 2x the test next time (2g) or maybe 1500mg and just run maybe one other compound with it in small dose for a total of 2 grams or maybe 2500.
1 my diet has not changed on any other cycle
2 my volume has but that doesn't really explain my
huge gains in reps of 6
3 my doses have changed. I'm running twice what I've run before and I'm OBLITERATING what I thought was possible. This is proof alone higher doses are important to break plateaus. That combined with a t-rex diet and intense training!
I'm sticking with my plan as written by me.
*compound lifts incline, rows, squats, standing barbell curl, military presses, close grip, dips, are performed in strength reps of 6
*iso movements are performed with reps 10-30. Dual head attack.
■another thing to note is I'm astonished how strong I am in reps of ••••6••••
I'm literally failing on say standing barbell curl at 105x6. All I could give. I add 10 lbs on and I give 115x6 and again 120x6. Its never ending. I don't believe I leave anything on the table and I add weight for the next set. I am...amazed. I'm experiencing this on all my compound lifts. All of em. But also to the contrary it's not translating to higher reps. I'm pretty much strong as fuck in 6
