And what is your goal weight class to compete in?First thing is to get some good numbers at my meet next month. A few months down the road I'm planning a cut to get back down to a decent BF%. Beyond that I'd like to exceed my current numbers being much leaner.
And what is your goal weight class to compete in?
Bet you might have some serious competition in that weight class, depending on which fed you are in. Just keep killin it!Last time I was 220, the one I'm doing this month I'll be 242. I'm not really sure after I lean down again, I think 220 again likely because I can't see getting below 198.

Well i am also hoping for an injury free year. I was planning to hit a natural 1820 raw total at 198. However, after a recent decision I have made, those numbers are likely to change, and I will just have to see where I end up.
1820 raw natural at 198.... Are you Layne Norton?
Im waiting for the day someone says yes on here when we ask are you ------. Eventually it has to happen in this computer age.
Lol. It's not the first time I have gotten that response when posting on a board. It's something I have gotten used to. Those who see the numbers I put up as being unbelievable, don't really know the numbers being put up at the elite classification level. My numbers are "ok", but nothing to really brag about.
