New To The Board

Hello Everyone,

I've decided after months of research across multiple forums to finally take the plunge and I have decided that this board has the greatest scope in terms of the knowledge amongst the members and the information available; in comparison to all the others. Hence I have finally registered. In actual fact it took quite some time to be accepted to be able to post, so I would have made this post prior to this had that not been the case.

I know this is my first post, but I want to get straight into it and take advantage of the vast base of knowledge and experience gained by those who post here.

So just to give you a quick breakdown...I am looking to finally take the plunge and take my first step into the unknown, after months of research and considering my options, I have came up with a few select options for my first time cycle; without going down the repeatedly recommended route of Test E only for a first time user.

Some the stats:

Age: 27

Training: I've been training on and off since my late teens. Sometimes years at a time, but had a few occasions where I feel off the wagon for periods of up to 6 months. I have however been solidly back now for over a year and been hitting the gym + diet to the fullest of my potential. I've run several routines over this time to enable my body to bypass those plateau points, whether it be a 3 x 10, 4 x 8 or 5 x 5 strength program, etc.

Weight: 172lbs / 77kg

Compound Lifting: Bench 1RM = 310lbs Deadlift 1RM: 400lbs Squat 1RM: 408lbs

Bodyfat: It's been a while since I had this measured, but lets assume it's somewhere in the region of 8-9%

Height: 6ft

Some lets get down to business and hopefully someone will point me in the right direction, but here is what I have in mind for my cycle. I have two different suggestions, but indeed I expected someone with a better insight to give me knowledge beyond this and hopefully keep me in the straight and narrow, especially in terms of avoiding the side effects. I know they can't be predetermined, but suggestions for AI's and a successful PCT could yet benefit me. I don't really fancy getting that extra push and sacrificing my skin at the cost of achieving what we all desire in terms of our body physique [Aka Severe Acne].

Option 1:

Cycle Length: 10 weeks

Cycle Layout:
Weeks 1-10 500 mg Test Enanth 250 per week.
Weeks 1-10 250 mg Deca250 per week
Weeks 1-6 40 mg Methan 10 per day
Weeks 1-10 .5 mg Anastrozole per day (continued for 10 days after cycle)

Option 2:

Weeks 1-10: 500mg Test Enath250 ( 1ml Twice per week)
Weeks 1-10: 250mg Deca250 - 250mg ( 0.5ml Twice per week)
Weeks 1-4: 40mg Turan per day
Weeks 1-13: 0.5mg Anastrozole per day

PCT:

Weeks 1-4- 40 mg Nolva per day
Weeks 1-4 100mg Clomiphene per day
Weeks 1-5 1mg Anastrozole per day
Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG
Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG
Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG

I was considering using GP for all my gear, apart from the PCT which I will use our highly respected resident @pharmacist. I have gathered this knowledge from hours of trying to pin down peoples opinions of what is the best option in terms of which chem to order from. If anyone has other suggestions, feel free to throw them my way.

Don't critique me too bad and hopefully I don't have to point out which is the current and which is the past, otherwise I'm doing something seriously wrong. One of when I thought callisthenics was king. Haha the nativity.

To be honest, I don't have to. Which is why I've came here to be given the best advice. I've just based it on suggestions during research and indeed the bullshitters in the gym. Rookie mistake I know.
 
Alight issue on that it won't allow me to edit my original post, BUT I can however edit any reply. That's strange, but possibly a system in place for new members?

Welcome man. Nice intro, you're looking good.

I would reiterate being careful with those face shots. Sure, LE probably isn't going to come round you up just yet. But you never know who might stumble on this shit. No need to air your personal, real life business like that.

Reconsider the deca. Either the dbol or tbol is doable safely, without adding too many complications. However, your end results in terms of hypertrophy will be largely the same if you leave them off. If strength is a big concern, the orals will be of more use.

Drop the intra PCT hcg. Either run it throughout your cycle, or omit it completely. Your cycle should be perfectly safe for you to recover from without it at your age.

Knock the clomid dose down to 50 all the way through. You can "frontload" it higher the first week if you want, but it's overkill. 4 weeks of 100 clomid is probably going to leave you a blubbering half blind mess. . .

40/40/20/20 on nolva.

Also, your adex projections are very high. 1mg/day in PCT will wreck you. .5mg on cycle will probably wreck you. I would start at .25 EOD in the second or third week, and go from there. Fine tune once you get blood work in week six.
