First cycle has begun [12 week Test-E]

Pin 14 was last night, 190lbs this morning with a little bit of water retention.
Everything has been going alright, same as usual. I may get some backlash for this, but i am going to try out a moderate dose of 20mg of blue heart dbol, i will STOP usage if it seems like the sides get out of control. I seem to have my e in control as of now, i will get bloods again in two weeks to see where i'm at, like i said though, if i get ANY high e2 sides i will cease use permanently and move on with just test. I have no "good" reason for wanting to try out dbol other than the improved workouts and so called well being effect it brings to some.

Diet is good, training is harder than ever, life is going pretty swell as of now. Even with an estrogen level of 15 i feel my nips :). I worry a lot when im laying down and see my nips look puffy and pointed out, but when i stand they're normal. Anxiety is a helluva thing.

The size is still coming and i'm enjoying the slow, steady gains. Other than that, hope you guys have a good christmas !
 
Pin 15 yesterday morning. 192lbs today. 5th day on 20mg of blue heart debol(only taken as pwo on lift days, i lift 3 on 1 off) I am retaining some water, but i believe it's due to sodium fluctuation and high carb intake. I seem to be getting bigger all around, but not too much, which is just what i like.
My forearms are getting ridiculous, they've never been so cut and veiny in my life. Veins i never knew existed are poppiong up now. Since starting the dbol, the pumps have been excellent but not too extreme, just right imo. Strength is climbing , endurance is amazing as always. 5 more weeks to go , hoping to reach a clean 200lbs by the end.
 
Pin 16 last night, week 8 is over. 190lbs with 'visible' abs, but not lean.

So far happy with the results. Dropped the dbol after just over a week of usage since my left nipple started to hurt, well it was more underneath the nipple but paranoia got the best of me and i've decided to stay away for good. Nothing new to report other than strength still climbing slowly, size is very moderate and loving it. I still don't see how i'm almost 20lbs heavier than when starting.

My only real problem is that squatting and deadlifts really do flare up my degenerative disc, so my legs are seriously suffering right now. I do train calves and do leg extensions as much as i can, but the heavier squats are very painful unfortunately, i hate to say that.

Other than that, nothing new to report.

Just got back from the chiro after having acute low right back pain with sciatica everyday for the past year. Evidently degenerative disc disease , although it's not an actual disease. So meds and therapy for life. Not what I wanted to hear but it is what it is.

Yeah sure, I'll take one tomorrow morning when I'm not all bloated , keep in mind I'm realistically like 185 or a little under without water/fat. Also, I'm using alpha pharma adex, I've been on .5mg eod for 6 weeks now and lately I've been having hot flashes, holding water. Gonna maybe up it to ed if this doesn't subside .
 
Id like to point out that the acne on my back and shoulders is getting awful . I don't want to jump on Accutane until I really must, my face has been relatively unaffected however

Haha to be honest I am more scared of acne breakout than getting gyno when I do my first cycle.

You have had acne issues in the past I am assuming?

Use an antibacterial soap when you shower... Sun and vit c helps too
Pin #13, week 7 begins.

Haven't updated in a while, busy, mood has just been off...life in general! Anyway, i'd like to first point out that I may have had my hopes too high for a test cycle, and thinking steroids are like magic is truly a bad mindset. Hard work shows gains and I can see that, they're just not superman gains! Which is completely fine and awesome, i'd rather not be huge that easily.

Now, Today without any water retention, or as little as possible, i'm at 187lbs(started around 173ish), lean and bigger! Traps, chest, calves, shoulders are all coming in more. Diet has been on point pretty much and i'm happy with the progress thus far. My only complains are really bad back acne and lots of anxiety some days....

I got by bloods done last wednesday (mid of 6th week) and today, monday, i still have not recieved my results. I'm unsure if this is common but it's worrying me since i havent checked my e2 for 4 weeks. I started out with .25mg of adex eod but noticed hot flashes and some bloat, been on .5mg eod for 3 weeks now and i have no joint pain, no bloat, no hotflashes. I'm ASSUMING my e2 is in a good range but i'd l ike to KNOW. Pls labcorp..

No strength gains so far, but that's fine. Endurance is up, vascularity is through the ROOF, oh yea, and the pumps are from another world. I have been having bouts of depressive moods/days that are really unlike me, i'm assuming this is to do with my estrogen, possibly too low.

One last thing is i have a question for whoever is knowledgable about dbol who may be reading this, if my e2 is let's say crashed or near crashed, would taking a moderate dose (20-30mg) ed of dbol get it in a healthy range, or should i avoid that situation altogether?

What does recovery feel like now? Do you feel like you can beef up that 3 Day split and work some muscle groups twice per week?

Nope, never really had much of a problem til now.

What does recovery feel like now? Do you feel like you can beef up that 3 Day split and work some muscle groups twice per week?
Recovery is great, but no I don't think i could maintain training muscles 2x a week, I know my body would burn out quickly, and that's NO fun. 3 on 1 off has been working well for me so i'm gonna stick with it, for now.
 
*I realized I never mentioned that i've been checking my BP weekly, it's been pretty stable throughout, from 140/75 - 145/82, with an average resting heart rate of 75, which is a little higher than pre-cycle but nothing to worry about.

I guess everyone is different, but I am natty so far and love training muscles 2x a week, and have benefited much more from it than doing muscle 1x a week. Never had a issue of "burn outs". I think the mistake with natty lifters who train bodyparts 2x a week and say they burn out from it is because they are doing same volume 2x per week as if it was 1x a week.

Basically what I am trying to say is this. If lets say for example you were doing 18 sets per major muscle 1x a week, and you decided to do 2x a week and kept same volume each time you trained. That would be 36 sets a week...I would say that is asking for a "burn out" on most natty people. What you should do instead is split the 18 sets. 9 Sets per major muscle group 2x a week which will total 18 sets for the week, 45mins to 1 hour tops each session.

The benefits of training bodypart 2x a week is strength! You can train for strengh and hypertrophy all in same week. i.e. Tuesday Chest: Strength routine, Saturday Chest: Hypertrophy routine

To note also once I get on gear, I will be increasing my volume drastically because on gear you should be able to recover a lot faster.

i see your point. I didn't realize until reading your post that i'm actually already doing this. 3 on 1 off = 6 days a week, training each muscle 2x per week lol. day1-chest/back, day 2-shoulders/arms, day3-legs, day4-off(abs ever other day). Repeat.

On the first set of days i train for strength, second set of days i will do more high volume work for hypertrophy. Seems to be working well too.

This training has been great, so i suppose you're right.

Who says? Complete Protein is complete protein. Nothing is more pure and clean than WHEY ISOLATE protein.

Not saying to consume all shakes... but where is this magic number 30% coming from... any studies, just sounds like bro science to me.
