It does look like a line of bs, first he shut the door then his gf did. He says they all broke now he says they didn't.
Even if he didn't ask for free gear the story about the gear don't add up. There's a lot of change in the story from the post to now.
With that being said I have broke a vial or two, one got washed in my pants and either the washer or dryer got it in not sure. The other didn't shatter but did crack so I didn't really want to use it.

I personally dropped 2 different vials 3 times off the fridge on to my concrete floor just to see what would happen. To my amazement nothing happened at all. I got determined to see just how much they could handle so i stood in top of my bench an dropped them from ceiling height which is 8ft....Again NOTHIN. The most it did was bend the top of the vials. I dropped them from the cieling 6 times. I got your back Odie. I know it would take one hell of a fall to get those tuff lil bastrds to shatter.

For me the part that makes his story hard to believe is how it switched from him breaking the vials to his girl breaking them. Idk about you but if someone else broke my vials accidentally I wouldn't say it was me who done fucked up, I'd feel shitty enough that all my gear broke to the point where I wouldn't blame myself for something someone else did.
