The Road to motivation

When I first started back after tracking my back u had no motivation because I was fat, weak as fuck and lazy. So I started real light wrights and did just 3 exercises per body part and 3 sets per exercise. 30 seconds rest between sets. Just 3 days a week. Monday was chest and tris, Wednesday was back and his, Friday was shoulders and legs. I did that for a month and I diet. My goal was to lose 10 pounds in that month. I lost 20 so then I had a ton of motivation. Good luck brother
Dude... I share this same story almost to the T with u. I started from scratch as well & got back n the mix. Started out exactly how u said it...
 
Yes sir I do, and auto correct is definitely a mother fucker.
I'm starting to find myself wanting to work out now, but I do not remember ever being this sore.
I just need to get back into a set routine for awhile,
I think going back to a gym is gonna help me in the long run! Hopefully it will help give me the extra push I've been looking for

If ur familiar with gear use that as motivator. U absolutely know if u workout on cycle ur gonna get substantial gains man. I'd say fuck waiting around to use a bulk cycle. Go for a cutting cycle right now. That way u easily see that gains rather than waiting to gain weight on a bulk cycle that's only gonna make u look big & bloated
