Dude... I share this same story almost to the T with u. I started from scratch as well & got back n the mix. Started out exactly how u said it...When I first started back after tracking my back u had no motivation because I was fat, weak as fuck and lazy. So I started real light wrights and did just 3 exercises per body part and 3 sets per exercise. 30 seconds rest between sets. Just 3 days a week. Monday was chest and tris, Wednesday was back and his, Friday was shoulders and legs. I did that for a month and I diet. My goal was to lose 10 pounds in that month. I lost 20 so then I had a ton of motivation. Good luck brother
