I hit veins all the time. there for a while I could do nothing right in my glutes, so switched to shoulders was all good again. back at quads now.

It's going good. Up to 182 this morning right when waking up started at around 167. Strength is going up and test should be kicking in soon here since it's the 4 week mark. Back pumps have sucker tho especially on leg day.
