What do you know about this "Ghee"? All I know is my girl is making me use it because she's cleaning her diet up
Now I read the article on my Yahoo feed..RIP Ziggy StardustLiver cancer .18 months from diagnose to death .And Keith Richards lives on ...![]()
fine I guess...My girl is on this diet called Whole30?
It's kinda cool actually, but what I'm trying to convince her is you need to not think of things as a "diet" and just consider these new adaptations clean eating. It's about consistency, diet isn't a sprint. You can read about it online it's trendy right now
I actually think it's better than most and it fits my lifestyle so that's good. Basically just whole foods, no processed shit and lots and lots of meat!!!
I eat whatever I want, this is her deal...I've actually moved away from dairy over time and it seems to help remarkably in regards to cutting. I like almond milk, fine for me...but if I want to make a shake with fat free milk I will do it. I'm not strict by any means. This is good for her though, which in turn will make my life easier since I'm cutting back carbs+dairy and going to increase fats/protein as we move into spring. Also no white wine for her...which is a big plusWhole30 is "just" an entry path onto Paleo - so by all means go for it, but Paleo is where you will wind up.

I prefer a modified Paleo myself - I see nothing wrong with diary, I'm of northern European stock, nothing in my system that can't handle dairy.

What do you think the problem is with dairy....lactose?? I heard people say it makes them feel bloated.

I think how you handle dairy as an adult depends on ethnicity and how much dairy you had as a child.
I ate Greek yoghurt daily, and some cheese every now and then - no stomach issues at all.
I really don't know man I'm not dietician, maybe our gracious @Oregongearhead can break it down better. All I know for sure is when I cut dairy my waistline tightens up quick. What do you think the problem is with dairy....lactose?? I heard people say it makes them feel bloated.
