Long time lurker, I finally decided to join in on the fun. Been lifting for about 10 years, seriously for about 5 years after my university basketball career ended. Have one cycle under my belt Test e 500mg 2/week 12 weeks. Got great results. Now i'm trying to further my knowledge and both in bodybuilding and AAS. The transition has from sports the BB has been a long one and I still have a long way to go.

Welcome. Do you feel like it's harder to put serious musscle on because of your height? Seems like the short guys always have the advantage when it comes to bodybuilding

What are you looking to achieve physically? I'm assuming you have a nice train regimen and fair diet

Long Term:
- I'm trying to hit a bench in the 400's
- Hit a mid 500 Squat
- Compete in 2017

Short Term:
- Cut down to around 10% this summer.
- Fix the wink on my squat.
- Get my OHP up to snuff (185) atm

Welcome brother

Thank you boss man.

I don't think it's harder to put on muscle per say. But the amount of muscle needed for me to look like i actually gained size it's ridiculous. Me and my training buddy have been training for about 3 years now. He's 5'9" 210lbs at around 13-14%, we both put on at least 6 lbs of muscle in the last 4 months, with him you can tell he gained it, with me I can't tell much of a difference.

Those are some challenging, yet awesome and achievable goals brother! Your long term goals will definitely come with hard work, time, dedication and consistency so keep up the good work (: and as far cutting down for the summer, 200 calories less than my basal metabolic rate and heavy lifting always seems to lean me out. Oh, and cardio of course
