Newera.... Blast and cruise log... Hop in.

@Thenewera do you ever take full body measurements? Arms, waist, quads, etc... You look like you have good proportions. I'm curious to know how they fit into a symmetry chart. I've never taken any of my own measurements personally...I should though cause I've always wondered what my arms are. Need to find a tape big enough first...;)

So according to your chart @Eman my arms are 1.5" too small my waist is .5" too big my chest is .5" too small and my thighs are 2" too big... I don't like this chart makes me feel unperportional now lol. I'm sure @Thenewera will fit the mold quite well though.

Dont feel bad. I'm 6' and around 235 pounds so my weight and height put me off the chart from the get go... 223 pounds is champion weight though so... 235 @ 72" is muscle God. Lol

I need to get a tape and find out what my measurements are. What's the accepted way of measuring arms anyways I don't know? Flexed, relaxed, relax and extended?

PS not my chart haha!! But classic bodybuilders did have rules of thumb and ratios for proportions they stuck to, always found it interesting to have that level of detail.

I always do my measurements relaxed with straight arms or legs so maybe if it's flexed I'm not too bad besides it making my thighs even further out of proportion

@Eman @RodgerThat will definitely have to measure out tomorrow.. I think... Forearms are around 14.5 - arms 16.2 - waist 28 - chest 49 - quads??? Calves - 15.5

We will see for sure tomorrow!

How far into your cycle are you Newera? You going to time it out so you can hit your next before summer?

I've never seen something like that, pretty cool. I'm doing pretty well given the numbers lol. It's weird that champion waist would be bigger, you would think maybe it would stay the same.

Yeah the numbers given are pretty weird. You would the waist would be smaller.

Hey man, I work them to death. Honestly at 190 they're pretty decent at 5'11. I just have such a small waist and wide shoulders I feel it makes them look smaller. Ya know?

Will definitely grow them more though!
Naw not hatin', brother

Okay update boys..

You're going to shit.
Take in mind, muscle memory came into effect. I lost a solid 8-14 lbs before this cycle due to a family tragedy.

Well when I started I was wrong. I weighed in at 162. I found a picture a couple days before I did start. I thought it was at 170 but I was way off. So in that case, I have gained 29lbs since the start of this cycle. That's 29lbs in like 9 weeks. In solid with that. Well, in this cruise I plan to gain another 5 for a slow 8 weeks. Then this tren blast I have nothing planned just a recomp.

Lifting changes:

Start / now

INCLINE DB PRESS
55x15 / 85x15

LAT PULLDOWNS
8x15 / 15x15

DB CURLS
30x10 / 45x10

SQUAT ATG PAUSE
185x8/ 185x15

Remember. I don't train for strength, so none of these numbers are crazy. But it still shows the progress.

So you are getting somewhere...you should be realizing your strength will be increasing. Not bad for getting off to a conservative start but you should ramp it up at a sensible pace to GROW!
