I can't see how it could be Serostim the OP is talking about unless insurance is picking up the cost(which unless you have HIV or some sort of growth deficiency, won't happen). Serostim is like $2800 a kit direct from the pharmacy, if you have no ins/gov't assistance. There is no way around this. It cost what it costs.

I would think it was Tev-tropin or something. It is cheaper by a good margin.

I get Pfizer genotropin from turkey for $250 for a 12mg pen. It's strong enough I can only do 0.6mg per day at the most or high blood sugar and fatigue and bloating symptoms appear. that's 1.5iu per day.

Correct. I am talking about direct from the pharmacy, with no insurance or Govt assistance. Street prices are lower because the patients getting the kits, do so with insurance or medicaid so they pay nothing, or next to nothing for them.
