No new weight changes, but I'm noticing the strength gains from tbol coming on, incline pressed 80 dbs for 8 today when I failed on 5 last chest day. Though I think the NPP is kicking in, I don't think it will be full force until another week or so.

My coach has added another meal for me because my weight has been hovering 173-174. We have added:
Weekends only, workout days only
Post workout IN N OUT or HABIT 4 patty burger, sweet potato fries. All other meals are still the same, I missed a couple meals over the weekend and didn't eat as much as I should have so I weighed in around 172.5 this AM. Time to kill it this week.
 
The pumps and vascularity are gettin crazy!! Today is day 16. Strength is increasing every workout, weight is now up to 176.2. I think the NPP is really starting to kick in now too. Got a real nice workout today, hit bis tris calves and abs, kind of my rest day where I just go in and get a good pump and work in high volume, some drop sets and super sets. Gotta hit those calves too saying they genetically won't grow is just an excuse !! Let's get it time to #WORKHARDER!!!
 
Man, for some reason I have been getting some bad nausea randomly. I have no idea what is causing it. This has been a problem I have had for years, even before AAS, I will commonly wake up in the morning nauseous making it hard to eat , and recently have been getting very nauseous during my workouts, making it hard to push my self as hard as I can and nearly impossible to eat my post workout meals and other meals throughout the day cuz I just feel like throwing up. It's weird because it doesn't happen every day either, just randomly. I used to think it was from drug usage but now that I have been clean for nearly a year I can rule that out. Any ideas?

Edit: lol today was pretty bad, thought I could hold it but had to walk out the gym and throw up hahaha. People don't understand how hard we really push ourselves. There's been times I throw up in the gym after a set Of deadlifts or squats hahah. I'm thinking it's got to be related to my pre workout meal, either not enough time to digest or something isn't agreeing with my, going to switch it up a little this week and see what happens.

You food plan looks good. And I'm sure you have it spread out every 3 hrs? The only thing I would add is a shake when you are sleeping. I wake up in the middle of the night and have a shake. Because if not that 8hrs with no food.

Yeah the plan is to eat every 2-3 hours but that's in a perfect world but sometimes I'll have 3-4 clients back to back (personal trainer) so I don't have any time to eat in that time period, but as long as I get all the food calories macros in before the end of the day then it's all good. As far as body composition goes nutrient timing doesn't matter but it definitely matters for performance.
 
Alright so according to the most RECENT results on tests of pharmacom test e 300 and Npp100 show that
Test e: 363mg / ml
NPP: 110mg / ml
And I have 2 ml test e/wk, 4.5ml NPP/wk meaning I'm really taking
Test e: 726mg/wk
NPP: 495mg/wk
This dosage is definitely too high for me right now, that's way over 1g gear a week not even including my oral, and I KNOW I can gain off lower dosage with my diet still. I want to get this down to
Test e: 600mg/wk
NPP: 375mg/wk
Can I just start pinning those amounts and consider the high dose 2 weeks I've ran a front load of some sort??
I definitely feel like more of something right now than I did on my first cycle.

Edit: that last part might be kinda confusing. Idk how to explain it. More of an energy inside me sometimes makes me feel anxious. Not sure, NPP is only new thing, so I wanna drop the dosage and see if it helps. It's not a bad feeling, it's bearable And I feel good most of the time, but sometimes it's uncomfortable.
Also my BP is 134/84. Just checked. Maybe that's it as well.

Never taken deca but my current tren sides are night sweats insomnia and being very irritable but that's also cause I'm hungry from cutting
 
Haven't run nandrolone yet. But I've heard of people having most of those sides. The night sweats especially.

That's what I would do, just start pinning 600mg Test and 375mg NPP EW and consider the first two weeks an extended frontload.

Yeah bud that's the tren...IME. I did run some NPP 50mg EOD about 4-6 weeks last summer in the middle of a tren, mast, and test cycle. Sleeping was horrible and sweating was ridiculous, before, during, and after NPP though. Anxiety/nervous has always been a problem with me. I wouldn't say it increased, but getting pissed at smaller, really none issue things did. Libdo crashed about a week after adding NPP and when I added letro (RC) it was gone.

Imo the anxiety/nervous increase you're feeling is probably bc you have been pinning more than you wanted. Once you adjust it you'll be fine. You still smoke??

Libdo crash and some minor joint relief was about the only things I noticed from NPP, but I was on a lot of shit!!

Yeah the only thing different I have is NPP this run so Im pinning those sides on that. I don't mind pinning at all so I don't think that's it.
I just stopped smoking this week cuz each time I was smoking it made my anxiety worse like I would think my heart was beating really fast or I would psych myself out ya know. I'm gonna drop the NPP dosage and see what that does. Other than that, everything is going good. Gettin stronger, looking bigger and getting leaner all at the same time. Libido is still good and erections are strong. My girl comes home from school this weekend so it better stay like that!! I have cialis on hand just in case, prescribed.
Haven't noticed any e2 related sides yet, no bloating and nipples are normal no puffy or itchiness. I am taking 12.5mg exemestane on M/W/F and .5mg adex on M/F. Was taking caber .25mg M/F as well but decided to come off that unless I see prolactin issues.

Man the anxiety was bad this morning but I just lifted and I feel great. Hoping it starts to reside as my body adjusts and reaches homeostasis with the NPP.

When I ran tren, I was sweaty, aggressive, an couldn't sleep for shit. I ran the component at 400mgwk an my Test at 250mgwk. I straight up sweat right through the sheets into the matress below lol. It was so bad that when I took the sheet off, you could see the outline of my body since our matress is blue smh lol. Of course I was the dumbass who ran it in July an August, duhhh. Who the fuck runs tren in the dog days of summer???? Skull that's who lmfao!!!!!

Now im on TestC 750mgwk an just bumped up my deca from 400 to 500mgwk to finish out this blast. I'm lovin the deca. I do get night sweats but im not sure if its from the Deca or because im running my Test higher than I ever have before. Either way, im feelin swole bahahah!!!!

Are you noticing any other sides from the deca beside the night sweats?
 
Update:
Changing dosages starting with tomorrow's pin.
Test E ~580mg .8 ml/MF - 1.6ml/wk
NPP ~330mg 1ml/MWF - 3ml/wk

Hoping this will take away some sides and then I'll slowly increase NPP back up to 370, and 400 if it feels good.
 
Damn, made a small mistake yesterday. Was in a rush to meet an early morning client and accidentally pinned my test and NPP yesterday, instead of just NPP. since I've already reached my weekly dosage of test I was thinking of just skipping Friday's test injection and then resume with normal protocol starting next Monday. I don't think that 4 day gap will cause any crazy fluctuations in my levels. If anyone has any different recommendations I'm all ears.

On another note, a buddy/coworker asked me about sources and I told him what has worked well for me and what I have found to be successful, so he proceeded to place an order with the same lab I am currently using (pharmacom) and got a bunch of stuff, had a nice turn around time too. Cool thing is since I provided him the source and gave him 1 box of tbol couple weeks ago he has returned me with 2 boxes of tbol. Now I have an excess of tbol, I was considering upping the dosage. Currently at 50mg Ed was thinking about maybe going up to 70-80mg/Ed and see how it feels. If anyone has experience at these doses please chime in !

Fuck man, I shit you not the pumps were skin splitting today. With the pump my arms were 2 inches bigger at the end of my workout, was lookin huge, 17.2in with the pump. I had to take a pic lol. But now I'm bumpin up to 60mg ed, thinkin 20mg morning, 20mg mid afternoon on empty stomach so before lunch meal or about hour and a half after, and 20mg 20-30min pre workout. Though tbol has a 16hr half life, so I might just keep it at 2 doses of 30mg, morning and pre workout. Tomorrow will be day 21, so I'm gonna run 60mg up to day 30, come off the tbol and benefit from the test and NPP as much as possible, and then revisit the tbol 8 weeks later @ 80mg Ed. I think this will really help put the finishing touches on everything.

Man I thought I read Tbol had about a 16hr active life when researching it, but the inside of Pharmacom's box said 5-6hrs so that's why I was shooting for every 6hrs or so. I think I'll split my dose like 10mg am, 10mg noonish, and 30mg PWO. That midnight 10mg was fucking up my sleep anyway.

Btw what's EVP??
