List your BEST BULKING CYCLE

Hey guys... seeing that a lot of people are asking questions on "what is best for bulking, and what is best for cutting", etc... I thought we could do this....

LIst what is your favorite BULKING CYCLE.. ONLY put down the cycle protocol/aas being used.. then at the bottom list a brief explanation how it went for you. This might help people get a feeling of some good cycles to run... Hope this works and helps everyone..

EX:

1-4 Dbol
1-12 TEST E 500mg
1-12 DECA 400mg

Deca
FOOD FOOD FOOD all you fucking noobs think that steroids make you big or ripped and that is not the case. Steroids just help the body process FOOD.

I agree but ppl need to be careful you can't grow 40lbs in 2 months etc. So food is important but eating to much will gain you only an increase in the scale but not on your % of muscle.

Some ppl can eat and just grow muscle more then other ppl.

I'm saying this because I had friends reading this kind of comment and eating 4-5k calories a day training a lot and ended up bigger but fat as well.
At the end of the cut they were at the same level of some other that just ate less.

Nutrition is not that simple unless you are genitcally gifted :)

Your friends ate junk food and didn't train the way your supposed to on aas. My diet is about 75% good while on blast and I consume a minimum of 4000 calories and I've had abs for years. It's all about what your eatting and how your training.

I have to disagree, i for example never eat any junk food, fried things almost none, processed food as well, no candies, no sweet drink, no alcohol, the only sweet stuff I eat is pancake with ice cream and not everyday of course.

Still if I gain weight I gain fat as well, especially if I wanna gain 1 kg a week. We are not all the same :)

Thanks bro ive started off my cycle with 100mg of oxy and 25g of winny then 5 weeks was gunna start jabbin test and deca ive got a mate who is big and talk all the talk but he suffering as he smashes it and don't think of the side and his bak is like the moon I train hard 5 times a week im a groundworker so not a sit on arSe job all day just want to no of thats a good start and do o run any think with it like milk thisle? Thanks for help

dbols 50mg a day wks 1-6
test e 600mg wks 6-12
eat a minimum of 3500 caloriesa day and minimum of 350g of protein a day. should see atleast a 30lb increase in muscle mass alone. gained 35 pounds of mainly muscle in first 6 weeks..

Test e 1-12 taper the p 3-4. If you start e at wk 6 you'll be waiting for it to kick in around wk 10. Lol
 
Just wanted to add my 2 cents on this...
I am a huge fan of oral Dbol... I prefer it over oral anadrol for liver reasons... Anyways my best cycle for lean quality mass I've ever had consisted of these compounds at these dosages.
Week 1-2
750mg Test E, Tren E 600mg, Eq 500mg
Week 3-4
Test E 1g Tren E 600mh Eq 500mg "injectable" 50mg Anadrol 350mg a week
Week 5-6
Test E 1250mg Tren E 800mg EQ 1g
Injectable anadrol 700mg
Week 7-8
Sustanon 1500mg Tren E 600mg EQ 1g
March Pharma Blue heart Dbol 50mg ED
Week 9
Sustanon 1g EQ 500mg Test Ace 300mg Dbol 30mg ED
Week 10
Test Ace 700 EQ 500mg Test E 250mg
Week 11-12
test Ace 300mg EQ 500mg Test E 250mg

Fallback to TRT protocol 250-500mg test

Also used GreyTop GH on cycle at 6IUs a day

On cycle I used PRAMIPEXOLE for the Tren .... managed Estrogen with Adex and Aromasin... PCT/low dose TRT protocol I stayed on nova while all compounds were clearing my system

Went from 212lbs @ 10%bf to 229-230lbs @ 7%
