I agree but ppl need to be careful you can't grow 40lbs in 2 months etc. So food is important but eating to much will gain you only an increase in the scale but not on your % of muscle.
Some ppl can eat and just grow muscle more then other ppl.
I'm saying this because I had friends reading this kind of comment and eating 4-5k calories a day training a lot and ended up bigger but fat as well.
At the end of the cut they were at the same level of some other that just ate less.
Nutrition is not that simple unless you are genitcally gifted![]()
Your friends ate junk food and didn't train the way your supposed to on aas. My diet is about 75% good while on blast and I consume a minimum of 4000 calories and I've had abs for years. It's all about what your eatting and how your training.

Test e 1-12 taper the p 3-4. If you start e at wk 6 you'll be waiting for it to kick in around wk 10. Loltest prop 400mg wk first 4wks

eat a minimum of 3500 caloriesa day and minimum of 350g of protein a day. should see atleast a 30lb increase in muscle mass alone. gained 35 pounds of mainly muscle in first 6 weeks..
