My lean bulk cycle w/a coach and 1st time with tren

Which tests you mean metabolic rate testing or blood testing to confirm proper recover or body fat testing or VO2 Max testing or fitness testing or math testing or Greek mythology testing? There's a lot of tests lol but I think you mean metabolic rate if I'm correct?

Yes you are correct... But if my insurance coveres it I'll test for every little fucking thing. Even greek mythological testing. Those fucks charge me out the out ass... Let me get my money's worth
 
Lol okay well the test you want is a RMR test (resting matoblic rate) and a dexa body fat test or bod pod body fat test Google those to see what's near your location and supplies them

Seems like my old University has RMR too. I knew they had dexa so this is great. I guess its time to start calling and getting rate quotes.

How long after the cycle should i wait to test my RMR? Because I'm sure the gh and AAS are helping lol

Honestly your RMR isn't going to change significantly with or without AAS and if you are cycling anyways I wouldn't take too much worry in when you get it done. You'll probably be between 1-200 calories lower off AAS tops depending on what you are on but I'm not aware of any studies that definitively prove AAS significantly increases RMR

I think I'm gaining old strength back or becoming way stronger than I've ever been just from either consuming more and being back on because all my numbers are going up. I'm talking about what i did 75lbs 2 weeks ago on super set end of work out stiff leg dead lift, i did 85 last week, and 95 this week. And i mean im doing way more reps than my coach has down, very good pace, and not even pushing it to go to the heaviest.

Every shirt is tigher arround the shoulders, arms, chest, back, but still lose around the stomach. I need to use a tape measure to measure everything and see how they are.

I am also for some reason fucking staaaaarging today. And I'm freaking ADHD meds and they kill my appetite.

Another problem is my calves get pumped super fast now. This sucks for mma because after a few kicks or moves my calves are so pumped that they hurt. I actually have to standstill until they cool down a little...aka being target and just defend lol
 
I updated my coach a few days early because I'm going to be on the go a lot. I sat at 218lbs. So my weight is up again, waist is tight and strength is hella up. I'm fucking beasting it in the gym.

Been using anti-inflammatory prescription cream on my shoulders and knees and its been a great help. Going to use the rumble roller for at least 30 minutes to an hour a couple of hours before i go workout.

My libido is high as fuck and is driving me crazy. This girl is even worn out and my dick hurts from it sitting at 50% chub 24/7.
 
Everything is getting thicker but my arms still haven't hit where they use to be. Still too early I'm guessing. Just got in week 3.

I am way stronger but need to use the rumble roller left and right. Like everything is tightening up quickly and if i dont a injury will happen like that snap*.

Also MMA is a bitch now. I not on clen like i was when cutting, nothing close to where i was in caffeine level, buty heart rate gets high as fuuuuck and if you are going 3 minites fighting, 1 minute break, fight next person for 3 minute (after you just did an hr and half of running drills) you can't fuck up much. Arms down for a second 2 shots.... One in nose and one perfect hook shot. And you keep going.
I did fuck the person back though so that's a plus

Do others get crazy pumps on tren? My calves are always pumped left and right... Hard to stay on tip-e-toes...

Okay thats good to hear. While I'm on this i need to go HAM on captain of crush. Every time i forget and over look my grip strength. Its good but not where i want it to be.

Hopefully if i get treated i can study better, work better, and probably go hard on the gym and mma for sure. I'm always fucking sleepy. Even while I'm on my ADHD meds.

I am so mad that i didnt get all these checked when i was younger. My college years could have been 100x easier

Have a pin of tren tomorrow.
Strength is for sure up, this is week 3 so I'm sure it is safe to say that the AAS has fully kicked in.

Skin is tighter, weight is going to be measured tomorrow, and lets see how everything goes.

P. S. I'm starting my treatments for my allergies this Monday, this shall be fun.

For the allergies (just got 2 and it type of wood and animal) ? And you mean bodybuilding wise? Its the same doctor at the same location doing everything.
 
Ya like he knows your on test/tren and whatever else. Some allergy medications depending on what it is cause a lot of side effects and I'm not a Dr nor do I know the history or specifics but I think it's something he should know. I work with someone who is allergic to trees and has to have a sub-q shot every 5 days to combat it but she can't even have birth control cause it reacted badly together.

Daily I'm getting some of the best views that most people can never see in nature, and ya I've taken dancing partners to those spots (small petite females that already know I can toss them around generally are happy to do anything with ya). Nobody is ever less of a man for "poofy" dancing and I mean look a male ballet dancers they all have better body's then pretty much every guy in the gym.

How'd the allergy situation go @intel
