Also have you looks into voodoo floss of pulse massagers to help with your elbow pain docd and prodicalson got me hooked on voodoo floss that stuff is seriously a miracle tool especially because you wouldn't expect it to do shit.

I actuallt own voodoo floss already but I've yet to use it. From what understand, it's used to treat that dull golfer's elbow kinda pain. What I've delt with more recently is a sharper, soft-tissue pain in the actual triceps right where it ataches to the elbow. Foam rolling it has helped tremendously but rolling that spot is extremely painful lol
 
Try it man I had so much pain in my elbows in the beginning of January that I had to take a 2 week Deload got my voodoo floss then boom all fixed up in nearly a day!

Yeah i'm gonna pass on the bench competition today. Now the question is should I go against everythingI believe in, and only squat to parallel instead of ass to grass in order to get more weight today!? I'd feel like i'm selling my soul lol

You could throw on a belt and some knee sleeves, switch to low bar, do a big tne blast beforehand and use an ammonia cap on your third attempt. Squat 525 today.

Just kidding, do what you're comfortable with. If you think you can accurately stop short go for it. It's not a good idea to make drastic changes to what you're used to on meet day though, so do what you think will get you a good lift.

Just go parallel and crush everyone. :D Kinda wish you were doing the bench, but I understand why. Good luck!! And hell yeah use that TNE!!
 
Beauty bud! 485 no belt ass to grass would be an easy 500+ with belt parrellel for sure. I'm kinda jealous that you hit that ATG and feel like my record is no longer valid because I just broke parrellel :oops:

Ha thank you man. I'm sure I would only go to parallel too if I competed in powerlifting, I just did atg cause it's what I'm used to.

Edit: and if anything I should be jealous of you @RodgerThat for getting almost 2.5x bodyweight on yours the other day. My squat isn't even 2x my bw

2.46x body weight but who's measuring:p but ya I'm pretty pump but I'm doing every trick to get the extra pounds, preworkout in abundance, ammonia, belt, sleeves and only going parrellel. Edit: forgot to say I wore spandex too and that helps cause everyone is looking at the guy in spandex so you got to throw down.

You've inspired me to do my next couple weeks before sheiko to go ATG squats no belt to see if I can work on some more quad development.

You going to do any pressing this week or is the ol tricep/elbow still being mean?

Oh my tricep is fine now, it's just that I don't trust it to max on bench having just gotten over it being a little fucked up. It's not bothering me anymore though. I'm actually gonna go do my normal workout, except squats, in about an hour. Gonna be doing push press, incline bench, and deads.
 
Push press: 225x8x3
Squat: 405,455,475,485x1 (squat comp)
Incline press: 225x8,8,11
Deadlift: 435x5x3
Incline curls: 40sx14,4,2 (rp)
Face pulls: 160x16,5,3 (rp)


I was so tired for the rest of my workout that I did after the squats. I didn't sleep very well last night which didn't help either. Got through it ok though.
