When I am about to go heavy and balls to wall.. I always put on Shia Labeouf "Just do it" video.. Always work like a charm!! Does anyone do anything different to get you motivated for that 1RM or PR set?

I listen to this guys youtube channel religiously at 5am...quite a way to start your day
I typically spend about 30 seconds staring in the mirror before I head out the door to train...one of the perks of training in an old industrial complex at 0500 is you can blast music as loud as you like (or motivational youtube channels). I spend 15-20 mins stretching it out before I hit the showers and sometimes I need an extra 10 min just to zen out or else I walk out of that place and people are just not ready for me before their first cup of coffee...Amazing!!! I already w/o but I'm beyond pumped!! Wanna start 2-a-days!!!
