PO Box

Hi Meso,

Today I went to check my PO box and noticed I had a ridiculous amount of mail in the names of three separate people. I found this really strange, as this PO box has been in my name for quite sometime. However, this is not the first time this has happened. My guess is that mail is still being sent to that address from previous users? My question is, could I send a package in an alias with it going unnoticed? I tried to add a "recipient" to the box, but the clerk informed me that the recipient needs to be present with two forms of identification. Any insight to my situation would appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Whenever you order random things off of the internet have it sent to that PO Box in whatever alias, at least then you are continually getting mail for that name at that box. Shouldn't be an issue either way though.

I agree man. Going to see how this goes and hope it isn't an issue. Thank you for your input.

Fuck that. I would NEVER use a P.O. Box for.... "packages" Shit is under government surveillance 24 hours with your name attached to the box, it doesn't matter if it's someone elses name, if you have it in your possession, your done. At least with a private address, the bitches have to obtain a search warrant, at the post office, you walk right into 'their house"

Are you referring to private boxes such as at UPS or FedEx? I agree, regardless of the alias, if you pick it up, LE can nail you.

Any addy of a residence or house that is not your own. It's all a huge risk but there are some ways to minimize them. Apartments are fucked up cause the idiots could put your pack accidently in the neighbor's box. Or if it is too big to fit in your box, it will be left at the front office and if you didn't use your real name, the office may return it to sender thinking that person no longer lives in that unit.

Good luck bro, by the way, once upon a time (10 years ago) I had a few packs from over seas sent to my apartment box with no issues.

I am glad to hear that. Especially making it through international. Thanks for your help.
