I'm 42 and am on my 5th week of my first cycle. When I started I was 218 with high fat content and now I am @ 212 and most of the fat has gone. I am eating very clean and lift 5 days a week and cardio on the sixth day .I pin on Saturdays and Wednesdays totaling 500 a week. My work out is roughly an hour long and I work 1 body part a day.
I am considering pining 3 times a week and staying @ 500 to take advantage of all the esters.With that I am going to change my work out to two body parts a day twice a week ( heavy chest/tri's, heavy back/ bi's , legs/shoulders, chest/heavy tri's, back/heavy bi's , off)
Any and all advise is welcome !!!!
