POWERLIFTER WITH A BEACH BODY ???

Hey all,

40 years old, been cycling since I was 25. Mostly on. 5'11", weigh 241.5lbs yesterday morning on an empty stomach.

I can't compete in the powerlifters "big 3" due to degenerative disc disease, and two blown knees from football. BUT, I compete in Raw/unassisted Bench press. I am nearly 100 lbs over the current record, just need to do it at a CPU sanctioned event - likely in August....

Anyway, I've never really needed to do cardio, I have always been pretty lean <15% bodyfat. Probably at about 12-13% now.

This is the cycle I have planned, 12 weeks and I am hoping to accomplish the following: Drop my bodyfat/see some abs again.....and simultaneously get get bigger and stronger to take the record.

200mg Test Prop eod
200mg Tren Acetate eod
25 mg Proviron ed
80 mg dbol ed for first 15 days (as a jumper)

Do you think this will allow me to reach my goals? What should I expect from this cycle? The only substances I can think of I HAVENT done is Halotestin, and the Proviron (which is in this cycle).

Is that you in your avi?

If so your way way off on bf calculation.
12-13% IN THAT AVI is not accurate
 
You are aware that you will get tested for everything known by the CPU if you break a record?

Other then that if you are 100lb over the record you could easily drop weight and still make the record if you are actually realistic on your BF

Yeah, that's me in the avi. Granted the lighting sucks and its blurry - my bf in that pic was higher. My bodyweight was about 255lbs, so 15 more of fat. Ill post a more recent one when I'm home.

Ill be tested, but I think I have a way around that part. AND with test prop and tren acetate - should be clear it I stop a month before, no?

Ya the prop and tren would be cleared but you'd be in PCT and then you'd still have very suspicious numbers with that too. Plus I'm not expert on testing but almost every stimulant you can buy at your local supps shop is band as well caffeine is banned so no morning coffee. If you got away around it and can beat it though awesome good on ya and keep it to yourself how you do it in regards to beating it. But other then that if you are a lot higher then the record I'm sure you could drop 15-20lb while on cycle and still be able to beat it.
 
Thanks for your help so far guys. I guess the only question I have left, what do you feel i should reasonably expect as far as gains/composition changes go with my cycle? One thing I'm toying with is including 100 mg winstrol depot eod and dropping the proviron in favour of an AI........
 
You should always have an AI during a cycle proviron is not a substitute by any means. Also I believe it's best to do winny Ed not eod but also there are better compounds to use then winny especially if you are lifting heavy while cutting as your joints and tendons are already under stress and winny makes them more brittle so to avoid injury I wouldn't use it. We can no tell you what you can reasonably expect from a cycle without accurate measurements/stats and training/nutrition and even then it's different person to person
 
I pick anavar if you are going for a hardening effect with some strength but if you aren't low BF (12ish%) neither will really show well so if over I'd go probably dbol or tbol for the strength. You already have dbol in your cycle plan so just keep that but honestly that's an incredibly high dosage I wouldn't go over 50mg if I was paid to do it
 
Thanks for your help......ive used DBOL so many times, for some reason it seems to be a compound my body for some reason doesnt respond well to until im in the 60-80md/day range. Then its fantastic.

I took your advice and dropped the Winstrol Depot altogether. I sought the advice of a much older, lifting "pioneer" so to speak who my father knows in Ohio. He thinks the best compound to add to my test prop and tren acetate cycle is Masteron Prop. Ive tried the Enanthate, but he says the mast prop is much stronger and its easy for me as well to just add it into the syringe eod for one pinning eod. So it will be 600mg mast prop added to my previous. He thought the dbol jumper was a good idea, just like you guys.

Hes sending me the masteron propionate regardless, any stories about your experience with it? Do YOU guys think its a smart add? After the dbol jumper, i just wanna give my body a good 60 day rest from orals - hence why i didnt opt for an oral.
 
One more thing.......I just realised i have a ton of clenbuterol - would you use it during my cycle, or would it work better afterwards? Also, tons of conflicting info on dosages and how/when to take it. What has worked for you ???
