Whats up guys,

New to Meso community have been lurking the this forum for a while along with some other websites, and I finally decided to join here because there is a lot of really good information on here. The members veteran members seem to have tons of great information and I can stop reading.

I am a engineering student and spend most of my time studying and working. Rest of the time I am eating or in the gym.

I have only been training for about 3 years seriously but I fell in love with progress. I played football in high school but wasted my time partying. Out of high school I realized what I had missed and really straightened out. I started lifting when I was about 18 but did not get serious until I was 20. Over the last three years, I have learned an insane amount. I try to soak up as much information as I can at all times. I try to keep the same mentality between lifting and learning. There is always people out there more knowledgable then the next and always someone you can learn from. Realizing how much information was here, I would have been a fool not to make an account.

After my first year and a half of lifting I came to the realization that I wanted to put on mass and quit being a little bitch. I went through trial and error of bulking (my first bulk I went from 175 to 215 in 4 months natty) the first few tries, I gained a lot of weight and some strength but mostly fat. Now as I have began to dial in my bulking diet I have been able to put good lean mass on while maintaining 12 percent body fat.

AAS have always been something I loved. I loved the pro's and their dedication. It amazed me how much work, time, effort, and just straight up discipline these guys had. To me, there is not many other people in this world who work as hard day in and day out as these guys be it nutrition, hydration, gear, gym time, etc.

I have finally acquired my self two cycles after careful research and hope it works out well for me as I know some compounds and certain people do not go well together.

My first cycle

Weeks 1-12
Test P: 500 mg/week
AI: aromasin - 12.5 mg ED / 25 mg EOD

Weeks 13
None

Weeks 14-20
Nolvadex (pharma) - 40,40,20,20

I am planning on taking about 6 months off at least, then going into my second cycle

Second Cycle

Weeks 1-2
Test P: 500mg/week
AI: aromasin - 12.5 md ED / 25 mg EOD

Weeks 3-12
Test P: 500mg/week
Masteron: 400mg/week
AI: aromasin - 12.5 mg ED / 25 mg EOD

Weeks 13
None
Weeks 14-20
Nolvadex (pharma) - 40,40,40,20,20,20

I am not completely sure of start time as I have required a list of things I need to do before I begin (schedule, nutrition, etc, as I am a engineering major and have a tight schedule. currently I have no issues with these things but need to guarantee my self the right amount of time to make this the best possible situation I can)

Sorry for such a long intro, but thanks for reading if you made it this far!

Looking forward to learning and growing with you all.

Best regards,

Nice intro. I feel like nolvadex only pct didn't work too good for me. it might just of been me though.
Thanks all for the welcoming.

@T-verde77 Would you recomend a clomid/nolva pct instead? I already have my nolva, and a little bit of clomid but I belive I would need a little more clomid to run both.

Nice intro. Welcome aboard. Not sure why you are opting for Test P first time and not Test E or C. You could always switch to Test P the last 3-4 weeks if you want the test to clear your system quicker.
