First time in 3 years doing Barbell bench. I got 155 three years ago max. LOL. I did the smith machine incline bench. Which is the best way to do incline, hands down. I got 225 for 10. I can do dumbell incline 85 for 10 for 3 sets. I don't go higher. I don't max. I workout alone. Also there is no point to max when doing hypertrophy. HAHA
So I really suggest smith machine incline. Great contraction, and its awesome.
