43. Lifting since '98. Started lifting to get away from Meth and other bad life styles. got my head together and started my walk. 5'9" 223lbs. I am more at a maintenance phase of life. Basically pin 250 Test Cyp once a week. No other supps outside of Omegas, multi vitamin, glucosamine. I have horrible tennis elbow and other joint problems in that area. Pretty much cannot train Bi's. But have no issues with training Back, thank the Lord. I am extremely strong and love to push the weights. I am certainly addicted to training.
Dabbled in Bodybuilding from '06 to '08 but couldn't do the diet the way I needed to actually compete. I cheated too much and couldn't get my mind right. Nevermind how selfish the sport is. With wife and kids its hard to juggle everything and make everyone happy.
Cycled Deca/Test, Test/Tren, Winny and Anavar. Have jump started some cycles with Dbol and Anadrol but they were really harsh on the liver and I dint like the numbers I got back from Lab tests.
Occassionally will do a bulk cycle when I get that itch but pretty much just stay at 250 -400 of test/wk year round.
