Hey guys. Want to give a shout and say hello. Had to find me a good forum to learn and grow. Got caught up on some other forum(s),that come to find out were not as they seemed. Tired of the BS and it always seems whenever I need some real , in your face facts , this is the place to be. Thanks in advance for your guys' feedback and info.
 
Welcome to meso. Can you tell us a bit more such as age, lifting and cycling history, stats?
43. Lifting since '98. Started lifting to get away from Meth and other bad life styles. got my head together and started my walk. 5'9" 223lbs. I am more at a maintenance phase of life. Basically pin 250 Test Cyp once a week. No other supps outside of Omegas, multi vitamin, glucosamine. I have horrible tennis elbow and other joint problems in that area. Pretty much cannot train Bi's. But have no issues with training Back, thank the Lord. I am extremely strong and love to push the weights. I am certainly addicted to training.
Dabbled in Bodybuilding from '06 to '08 but couldn't do the diet the way I needed to actually compete. I cheated too much and couldn't get my mind right. Nevermind how selfish the sport is. With wife and kids its hard to juggle everything and make everyone happy.
Cycled Deca/Test, Test/Tren, Winny and Anavar. Have jump started some cycles with Dbol and Anadrol but they were really harsh on the liver and I dint like the numbers I got back from Lab tests.
Occassionally will do a bulk cycle when I get that itch but pretty much just stay at 250 -400 of test/wk year round.

Good to have you man. One of the reasons I love meso is because there are so many here that share the same story as us. Lifting became a replacement for drug addiction for many of us here, including myself. Better to build and feel good than to destroy and feel terrible. I've had bouts with tennis elbow myself and it sucks. Maybe low dose Deca can help? 100-150mgs a week would be enough for joint pain. May want to give it a try and see if it helps any.

I'm doing same,trt between 250- 500wk ,had labs and test levels were below 300. I'm 38 5ft 9,184lb
