Nice work man you've made great progress thus far! Chest looks fuller, delts rounder and arms are definitely bigger. You're definitely doing something right. What is your current weight?

I wouldn't sweat the acne unless it's just something that you are very uncomfortable with. Accutane is no joke! I took that shit in high school and while it did clear me up I swear I still have trouble staying hydrated, dry skin and a very irritable stomach. That shit was horrible.

Thanks my man I really appreciate the kind words, I'm a very confident person and with a lot of drive; as most of us are. But I think we can all say words of encouragement and positive thoughts help us keep pushing. My current weight is 192 as I've cleaned up a bit and taken some water off.

I hear accutane can be serious, so I may try a generic type. Still, it would come either same sides I'm sure. It's something I'm willing to take the risk for.. Hell, I was so lethargic from dbol...but the gains make up. Clear skin with some sides? I'll take it.. Tren'd out stupid cuts and strength but can't sleep or fuck without building a puddle? I'll take it. Whatever it takes brotha.
 
Update.. Got a new PR on incline barbell.. I never touch the barbell, never go for a PR at that.. But I was feeling strong (for me) and hit 255 for a pretty explosive rep.. Maybe 265 was in me? Noticed my triceps are lacking as my chest exploded the bar up but about at the sticking point I slowed. Floor presses could definitely fix this.. May throw them in the routine every now and then.. Not looking for a max bench, but also not looking to fail a PR because of a problem I could be handling..
 
Woah forgot I had a log for a minute, my apologies. All is going well, I found I gained a little too much fat trying to push the 200 weight mark in 8 weeks from 193, but then again weight isn't a true concern or stone for me... Really just doing what feels best and looks best until this blast... Having some issues with a pack so I hope all still goes well. Very annoying but I have faith.

An adjustment as well... Taking a 4 day break before I start the blast.. I feel as if my body needs it, and it would be nice to run fresh into things.. Still debating on the oral to run, I think I may end up doing 750 test and 400 TREN as well... Still, undecided. Anyways today's leg workout was a success. I decided not to squat as I was having lower back tightness, but I definitely made the most of it. If you're interested in doing the same workout, I'll list it below.

Once again my apologies for not staying so up to date. I've been dealing with some personal issues as well and I'm sure we all know how that can be time distracting.

The workout:

Barbell lunges 6x12 each leg
Feet close leg press 4x15
Hamstring curl 6x20,15,12,8,8,8
Quad extension 4x12
Calf raises for 20 reps between sets

Lunges: 2 second negative 1 second pause
Leg press: 3 second negative 2 second pause
Curls: one second pause two second negative
Extension: controlled negative and 2 second pause
Calf raises to be nice and slow and stretched.

Defiantly not halo! If you want size pick dbol if you want hardness pick winny (I'd go var over winny every day of the week though personally. Otherwise I'd go 500test and 400tren

Fucking bought this expensive Ass halo because I always wanted to try it but it goes for nothing I want to do lmao. Ehhh. The fight between the dosages is so hard
 
30mg dbol or 50mg winny or 70mg var. if you plan on competing use the halo for 2 weeks leading to your meet it'll harden you right up and give you crazy vains and help you during the prep diet but besides that toss it over to the powerlifting corner

Thinking 70mg for 2 weeks of the halo would Haden me up! :eek: I may just go ahead and use the winny the last 4 weeks of the cycle.. sounds different. Grow the first 6. Winny the last 4?
 
No do not take halo at 70mg! You can take anavar at 70mg no problem but two weeks of halo at 70mg will do damage to your liver it is incredibly toxic and even in competition I would only go 30mg for the 2 weeks. During a powerlifting meet I'd use 30-50mg tops and that's just for 1 day. Ya you could go 6 weeks of bulking then lean it out the final 4 your on trt anyways so I would cut during cruise periods and maximize muscle growth on cycle but that's me.

Have never " started cutting " since way back when in the natty days. Always more of a focused recomp just looking to build muscle. I bring some fat gain along but I've done well at staying 10% and under for the past while... I'm about to do a true cut / recomp in 4 ish weeks.. It should be crazy ! Thanks a lot my man! Go ahead and cut ! If you read through the log.. You'll see I have put on roughly 20-24 lbs in these last 3-4 months.
 
Expeirence with both my friend. Clen isn't s fan of me but t3 seems to just melt fat. I only ever use t3 for 4 weeks tops at 60mg

These cruise gains are fun. Lmao, can't wait to blast. Everything's going perfect. I seriously feel I can end this blast at a lean as 210. Wanna bet? I like bets.
