First cycle ever - Pics included

Hey everyone, about to start my first cycle next week, and would love anyone/everyone's input. Been reading here a long time, just joined.

STATS
26
200lb
Training a couple years now
Squat (295x1) usually rep 225-255 for a few sets
Bench (225x1) usually rep 175 x 5 for a few sets
DL 365x1 (usually work my way up to 315x5 for repping)

Cycle
PONDERING DBOL 30mg/day for weeks 1-4 (I got some, but I'm not sure I want to run It or not)

TEST Cyp 500mg a week pinned 2x week

HCG 250iu 2x a week from beginning of cycle

Adex .5mg EOD from beginning as well

I will have Nolva on hand in case I need it during cycle.


PCT
Two weeks after my last pin it will be

Clomid 300mg first day, 100mg days 2-12, and 50mg days 13-18

Nolva 25mg for days 1-18

You wanna start PCT around week 3 or 4
-Clomid dosage 50mg and Nolva 20mg for the entire PCT will do you good. No need for the high front-load. Just make sure your PCT's pharma grade.. good luck!
 
Did my first pin last night.

Right butt cheek. Aspirated, no blood.

No blood at all actually. I didn't feel the needle at all once it pierced the skin.

There's a little bit of PIP today, but it's not bad, just kinda feels like a bruise. May be worse tomorrow, though.


Gonna take 30mg DBOL before my workout this afternoon, and I'll report back.

shaky hands probably. Just take your time, go slow, try not to move the pin around at all...you can heat the oil at first and it will make for a smoother injection but by the end of this you will be wham, slam, thank you mam ;)

take that DBOL 1-1.5 hrs preworkout. What label are your running?

The DBOL is D bolic 10

The test is Eurochem labs
 
Pre cycle bloods the main reason to do it is to get an accurate number of your natural TT , estro, LH etc so you can compare at mid cycle .plus after pct in order to check if you recovered or not .


Maybe your doctor just check cholesterol , liver , kidney those
Tyipicals routine check outs .

You already took tour firsth shot so this can jeopardize your initial results .

Yeah, I should have had the test checked. :/

Live and learn, but it's good to know that the cholesterol and everything is good, so I'll have that checked again in a few weeks.
 
UPDATE.. I was mixing my HCG yesterday, and dropped and basically wasted 5000 IU Of the stuff. Good thing I had two vials. I'll have to make it last. :/ although I probably need to get some more.

Took 30mg DBOL before my workout yesterday and it was a good workout. 2 hours in the gym. Killed my back and traps.

Here's what my split looks like

1 Legs/Lower back

Squats,
Deadlift,
Calfraises
Leg press(sometimes. I don't do leg press a whole lot.)

2. Back/bi's/traps

Shrugs with a barbell
Bent over rows with barbell
Machine rows,
One armed dumbbell rows
Bent over two armed long bar row (the one where you put the bar in the corner and weights on the other end)
Pull-ups,
Some barbell curls just to get a good pump out of my bi's. They get a pretty good workout from the other stuff.

3. Chest/Tris

Flat bench
Incline bench
Seated barbell shoulder press
Dumbbell flys
Dumbbell shoulder press
Skull crushers
Dip machine with weight
Plain old dips
Rear delts on fly machine
Fly machine

4. Abs more shoulders

Crunches
Hanging leg raises
Weighted crunches
Seated barbell shoulder press, or Shoulder press machine (I alternate these two depending on how bad I killed my tris the day before)
 
Update:

Up 5 lbs since Tuesday. (I'm sure it's water)

Second workout on DBOL. Did chest, and it was a great workout. Might have been placebo, but I was able to do a little more weight on pretty much everything easily. Muscles definitely feel harder all over. Like they have a pump all day long.

About 3000-4000 calories a day 250+ g of protein.

It's not terribly clean. I drink a lot of milk, BBQ brisket, sausage, turkey, chicken, potatoes, pasta sometimes, chipotle and chick fil a are staples as well.

Ever since I got serious about fitness, I can pretty much eat whatever I want and not gain a lot of fat, which is a far cry from my teenage years as a fat kid.
 
ahhh i see well i would look @Oregongearhead thread under nutrition/supplements to get your diet dialed in, don't want to let the aas go to waste brother, just check it out mounds of invaluable info imo.
