Mel and 7's quest to repair injuries -- TB-500 Log {and other compounds :)}

I did my 4th pin last night. My sleep has been very good. A couple months ago I got a little stupid on smith incline, that's right smith lol, I had the bench at too much of an incline and aggravated my shoulder. Since that time its been very difficult to sleep. I couldn't sleep on either side or my back without shoulder pain. These last 10 days or so it does feel a lot better. I did incline bb yesterday, before the pin, nothing crazy 185 for 8 and it felt pretty good. As long as my grip is kind of narrow and I stay real tight, the pain is minimal.

I don't have anything else to say really. Do I have pain?? Yes. But doesn't everyone who is older than 35?? Is it as bad?? No.

Maybe when it gets warmer I'll have some good dog walking stories @jaymaximus. Lol

I'm really considering dropping free weights for a little while and doing smith machine and hammer strength machines and cables for a while. Also, I want to try a personal experiment and drop all my weights down. I'm going to try weights that would put me in the 20 rep range but do it time under tension at a cadence to fail in the 10 rep range. I want to see if I can get the same results and lessen my chance of injury. My injuries and age are against me with the heavier weight. I've done TUT before but only with certain movements. I want to do it across the board.

I'm still "ego" lifting a little. :( But, I hear what you are saying. Gotta get the blood flowing in the area you're training.

lol. Don't think for a second that I'm done ego lifting. I love the feeling of moving weight around. I'm just taking a much needed break for a bit. Although if I find this little experiment unsatisfying after a few weeks I be back to being an idiot real quick. I don't want to make light of this situation. An injury can stop you for a while or end you so it's no laughing matter but let's be real. We do this because we love the way it feels and if we don't then we find what does and sometimes that choice is stupid.

Because of my shoulder issues i did exactly what your thinking about here (tut) and let me tell you it was fucking great. Less weight so less strain and with a count of 5 in the negative and 10 in the press for bench, my chest was so fucking sore the next day, way more so than going heavy. And the pumps are skin splitting. In fact its about time i go back to TUT.
Oh! And my peps are on the way[emoji106]

Happy to here they're on their way!!!
I did back last night and did TUT for the entire workout. I'm doing a good stretch at the bottom and a big flex at the top along with the TUT. Excellent pump and I definitely felt that I taxed the muscle more when I was finished. I'm not going to try and fool myself into thinking that I'm not going to lift heavy again. I know I will. I like the way it feels moving weight around but this is a nice change and I need to give my joints a break. Also because I'm trying to heal, I feel the TB500 will work better if I'm not pushing heavy weight around.
I did my third injection last night and I'm going to the gym in about an hour so hopefully I notice some reduction of shoulder pain.
Will give full report later.

How gently did you guys reconstitute your vials? I got my BPC 157 yesterday and I've read you're supposed to be very gentle when you add the bac water. Anyway, I drew up the water and put the needle in upside down and then held it up to see where the disc was and I guess there was a total vacuum in the vial because by the time I had it at eye level it had pulled all the water into the vial on its own. I'm hoping I didn't damage the potency.

I agree with everything you just said. I use TUT so i can give my joints a break and let them heal, and at the same time confuse my body a bit which i feel spurs new growth. And then its back to big weights[emoji41]

I always hold the plunger so it cant be sucked in. Also i aim the needle at the side of the vial. U should be ok though.

If the vacuum drew it in hopefully it wasn't with much force. I tilt the vial on its side, put the pin straight in and then angle it until its pointed at the side of the vial. push slowly and run the water off the side of the vial. before you put the water in take a pin off a syringe and just put the pin in and let the pressure balance to avoid exactly what happened to you. I read that somewhere before I bought mine.

Thanks, will keep these things in mind next time. Caught me off guard with how it pulled like that.

What Mr.B66 said. Also, if you stick the syringe in 1st with nothing in it and just stuck up some air out of the vial the vacuum won't be as bad.

This is the way I did it.

Edit: And @Melly Mel from hell said...I was typing. Lol

So I just got back from the gym. Did chest. Started with 6 sets of bench on the Smith machine. (Remember I'm staying away from free weights for a bit and going with light weight and TUT to get shit healed up.) First set there was some shoulder pain but not quite as bad as usual. Second set less and by the third set through the sixth just slightly annoying pain. I got through my entire chest workout and the pain was definitely less than it's been in a while.
I've also noticed that I have more flexibility and better range of motion in my lower back.
At work today I decided not to wear the nitrile glove I usually wear to protect my hand from the chemical that causes the irritation just to see what would happen. Well I'm having a minor reaction but definitely not like it would normally be. If I would do that any other time my fingers would be raw and bleeding by now. The reaction happens within a couple hours of contact. I'm not saying the TB500 is working yet. The improvements are minor at this point so maybe it's coincidence or placebo but I am hopeful.
On a very positive note. My penis is at least 3 inches longer since I started the TB500 so now it's 5 inches long. Keeping my fingers crossed.

When I originally purchased my TB500 I went with cem-meso. I purchased enough for 4 weeks. Well I think I may go up to 3 injections a week and I still need to get more for my last two weeks and for my maintenance period and I think I'm going to get some BPC 157. Has anyone ever ordered from Purchase Peptides. They are having a really good sale right now. If anyone has any info on them I would really appreciate it. If you don't want to post openly about it feel free to PM me.
