Mel and 7's quest to repair injuries -- TB-500 Log {and other compounds :)}

I've noticed an improvement, yes. I got a really good nights sleep last night. Usually my shoulder will wake me up a few times cause I'll move wrong. Not last night. I don't remember my shoulder waking me up at all. We'll see.
 
I did my 5th pin last night. Shoulder is still feeling better ED. ROM is not improving as fast as I hoped, but I'm not working on it as much as I should...hair hasn't gotten any darker. Lol I'm gonna add BPC 157. Not that I'm not happen with TB so far, just trying to add to the healing, plus I'm gonna be adding winny on April 1st. Placed an order this morning for 20mg of BPC. That'll give me more than enough for 400mcg ED for 4 weeks.

I'm not sure how to split the injections up over the two problem areas. Shoulder I understand how to pin..Lol, but my right elbow area I'm not sure.

The pain would be in the brachialis, bicipital aponeurosis area. What I've read is you should pin where the pain is. So, I guess I should pin my bicep?? I'd better get some 1/2" insulin pins then.
 
I did my 4th pin this morning. Did chest this afternoon. I'm gonna say that my shoulder pain level is down 50%. It's like it really kicked in since my last chest day. I don't know if it's from the pin this morning or from the pin last Friday. I don't know how long it takes for the TB500 to have an affect after pinning it.
As far as my back. I had to travel this weekend for work. Drove to the event in the morning and home early evening. Usually a car trip like that would have my back hurting for at least a day after. I had no pain at all and like I said before, I've noticed my range of motion is much better. I can twist must further than usual with no pain.
My dermatitis issue on my two left fingers is 90% better as well.

Obviously I can't guess to whether or not the TB500 is actually repairing my connective tissue without an MRI but I would say that in the least it is reducing the inflammation which is causing the reduction in pain.
 
You guys got me hyped.
Just ordered TB4 (full sequence TB500) to try to fight off this tendinitis pain that holds me back.
My source should give you two a cut ;) since reading this log made me bite the bullet after already over extending myself with peps and gear costs lately lol.

Did my 6th pin Thursday night. Today my bad shoulder is a little sore from doing back squats on Friday. I have a lot of trouble getting into the correct position. If I extend my arms all the way out the pain is not bad, but I can't stay tight enough...it really pisses me off. [emoji35] I've been watching some of Kelly Starrett's videos . He has a lot of good info about mobility.

Got the rest of my TB run today and they even threw in an extra. [emoji2] Also got the BPC.

You could try the wrists pinned way back thing like I do. It's the only way I can stay tight and not get the pain.
 
Well i checked the trac # on my TB500 and sure as shit it went to the wrong fuckn n post office, about 20 miles away. Im hoping i can go there mon on my way to the gym and grab it before they send it to Honolulu and reroute it to the correct zip code.
Also looks like i didnt order enough after seeing sevens stash, i only ordered 4 -5 mg vials but it will carry me till i get more.

If you do 2 x 2.5mcg's per week that'll get you through 4 weeks. That was my opening order also lol. I'm going to order more soon and get some BPC-157 as well. I think I'm going to get some GHRP-6 also. I need to up my appetite. If I'm going to get GHRP-6 I might as well get some Mod GRF 1-29 to run with it....FUCK!!!...There goes my paycheck. This getting big and feeling good thing is expensiveo_O
 
After doing those stretches in the videos...I didn't get em perfect...but I was able to have a good workout. I worked up to 70's on db shoulder press for 8 and didn't have very much pain. [emoji41]

Good job - but 1,300 cal? What? What do you weigh, 400lbs?
 
Well i had to go to 3 post offices, but i tracked my TB500 down and im doing my first pin of 2.5 mg tonight.
So basically my shoulders are pretty beat up from years of heavy pressing and little to no rest. But the last 2-3 years its just become a big hinderance in my training. Ive had to train around the pain. Also i wake up several times a night with throbbing pain in my shoulders if i sleep on either one in a bad position and in the morning it takes a good 10-20 min for me to get mobility without some badass pain.
So tonight i start my TB500 therapy and im hoping its everything ive heard it is.
I will share my results here thank to the gracious invite from Mel and seven.
Thank again guys and.... LET THE HEALING BEGIN!!!!!!
