1-3 Mast P - 400mg 1st week, 300mg 2-3 week
1-12 Test E - 300mg/wk
1-12 Mast E - 400mg/wk 1-3, 600mg/wk 4-12
13-15 Test P - 50mg eod
13-15 Mast P - 100mg eod
16-19 Clomid - 100mg first 3 days, 50mg for remainder
16-20 Nolva - 20mg/day

Adex from my doc on hand... don't really take it. Got a shit ton of this. Also have prami, but that is for a completely non-related medical issue. Also have lots of clen, but I've been relatively stimulant free (aside from preworkout) and I like it. If I feel I should take it the week of the vaca I will.
Was going to kick start with Tbol, but I just decided to do so with mast p.

Training is going to be a certain thing I cooked up for about 2 weeks, and then switch to 3-4 weeks of a little more intense work.
Have a vaca in SoBe coming up that I want to be diced up for.

Macros - Carbs @46 grams, Fats @ 83 grams, Broteins @ 246 grams...

6:30 - Breakfast - 515 Calories
15 TBSP Egg Whites
3 Eggs
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup prepared grits

10:00 - Post workout - 240 calories
2 scoops whey
1 scoop greens

12:30-1 - Lunch - 410 calories
8oz ground turkey
1 ounce almonds

6:00 - Dinner - 459 calories
8oz Swai
1 TBSP Olive oil

9:00-10 - Snack - 440 cals
1.5 cups cottage cheese
1 tbsp (32 grams) peanut butter

Pretty sure there's more fat in here than what is listed out... if not... bacon.

Will update a lot. Food pictures, post workout photos as well as numbers written in, update photos every few days, bodyfat testing once a week, sex tapes... you know, all that good stuff.
Expect lots of SoBe pics come first weekend of May.

Subbed. I'd love to run this cycle sometimes in future. Do you get any sides from mast? Such as acne?
 
Here's the first post workout photo. Shoulders, abs, and some Tabata (I think that's what they call it?)

Traps are definitely going to need lots of work this go around.

Single arm landmine press - 3x10 @ 2 plates
Supersets:
A1 - standing alternating DB Press 3x6 @ 60lb
A2 - single arm farmers carry - 3x20 yards @ 80lbs
B1 - 45 degree lateral raise - 3x10 @ 30lbs
B2 - DB Shrugs - 3x10 @ 110lbs
C1 - reverse fly - 3x20 @ 25lbs
C2 - rope face pulls 3x10 @ 150 lbs
Barbell ab rolls 3x10 @ 95lbs
Box shuffles 4 minutes 20 sec on 10 sec off
KB Swing 4 min 20 on 10 off @ 60lb
Hanging ab crunch 4 min 20 on 10 off.... this one really sucked.
10 min stair mill. Lazy day for the cardio.

Tomorrow is back, my favorite group to work ;)

Drinking protein and greens right now... rarely do that, but I need more protein! Going to eat about an hour from bow.
