Yeah about 8oz. I got one of those Nutri Ninja for $60, but I've used shaker cups before and they work fine. The Ninja just crushes ice so its like a slushy.
 
I've never mixed them with egg whites..... might try it.
I'm just doing vanilla protein right now, pretty bland but I mix it with greens so taste isn't really there.

Oh, and like I said, taking actual protein powder is a rare occasion for me, so my baby girl decided she was going to investigate and find out just what this big bag was...

Supposed to be 2 in there.... but I dropped the 2nd on the floor so my pit got it. And I only defrost 2 at a time :/

With your workout, diet and current low bf your definitely getting ripped with this. Curious to see what the masteron does for you.
 
8oz ground turkey with 2.5 cups broccoli, marble jack cheese.
Seasoned with Badia garlic, jalapeño, and red peppers.
This whole meal still cost a fraction of the price of one Flavor God seasoning bottle.

Final meal for tonight.
Egg whites and cheese. Just poured the egg whites on and slapped 2 slices of muenster cheese in there. Don't know macros, but it's about 18-20 tbsp I would guess, so easily 30G protein maybe 12g fst from cheese.

Prolly gonna loose lots of weight tonight... already sweating.
My wife is from the south and I'm from the north, and well... she won the battle over the thermostat by playing the "I'm pregnant" card.

I'll be up for a few hours watching cheap horror movies and playing candy crush...

Back workout is doneskis. Didn't check my weight this morning... really not concerned about that.

Did 3 sets of pull ups for warm up, 2 sets of 20, one set of 15.
Pulldowns 3x10@200lbs
Tbar 3x10 @2 plates (2 sec pause at top)
DB Row 3x10 @100lbs
Superset:
-Db hammer Curl 3x10 @35lbs,40lbs,40lbs
-Straight arm pulldown 3x14@50lbs

Tabata - 4 min each, 20 sec on 10 sec off:
-Battling ropes
-Box shuttles - 24 inch box for 2 minutes, 8 inch step for 2 minutes

1 mile run. First time I've ran over 200meters since I left the army.... jogged it in 7:56, super easy. Will shoot for 7:10 next go around.

That's that!! I feel great today. Going to get some banana protein, it's my favorite flavor. Going to try the Universal/Animal Whey protein. Supposed to be good. Anyone try it?

Holy shit.... I clamped a slice of muenster cheese between 8oz ground beef, then topped it with 2 more slices of muenster, seasoned with garlic, onions, and jalapeno, put it over spinach. Really tasty burger... definitely going to do this a few times a week.

Tomorrow is is back to ground turkey and brocolli.
 
Think my pup is trying to flex on me here...
Must be mad he didn't get one of those burgers.

Fuck Im excited for tomorrow. Definitely going to be slaying the gym and pushing myself as far as I can
