Did 3 sets of pull ups for warm up, 2 sets of 20, one set of 15.
Pulldowns 3x10@200lbs
Tbar 3x10 @2 plates (2 sec pause at top)
DB Row 3x10 @100lbs
Superset:
-Db hammer Curl 3x10 @35lbs,40lbs,40lbs
-Straight arm pulldown 3x14@50lbs
Tabata - 4 min each, 20 sec on 10 sec off:
-Battling ropes
-Box shuttles - 24 inch box for 2 minutes, 8 inch step for 2 minutes
1 mile run. First time I've ran over 200meters since I left the army.... jogged it in 7:56, super easy. Will shoot for 7:10 next go around.
That's that!! I feel great today. Going to get some banana protein, it's my favorite flavor. Going to try the Universal/Animal Whey protein. Supposed to be good. Anyone try it?
