Had to go look up dead rows. Are those basically just like bent over rows with your knees bent more?

To flex your back correctly you'll need a 2nd person holding the camera. Thumbs in hip joint. Start with elbows back and flared and "curl" the elbows in and fly bat boy fly!
Focus on the movement from when your elbows are in the rear position to when they "curl" forwards. That's where the magic happens. The deepest contraction and practice itPretty great way to explain... shit worked! Thank you
