Well I realized my Vaca is one week earlier than I thought it was, so I started my program today.

Did chest... pretty light.
Decline bench 10x3 @245
Alternating DB Press 6x5 @ 80 (gonna increase)
Hammer press 5x6 @ 2 and a 1/4
Cable fly 3x10 @110
Svend press 2x15 @ 20lbs
Cable fly ascending reps 1,2,4,6,8,10 @60lb

Tabata 20 on 10 off.
4 min KB Swing @60lb
4 min mountain climber
4 min double arm rope slam
4 min rowing
Was gonna take my shirt off and go outside to do sledge hammers, work on my tan... but they locked the room up with the hammer. So I just took my shirt off and drove home.
Ate 8oz ground turkey with 2 cups spinach, 1 slice Mediterranean pizza, and a small bite of my bbq to taste test.... delicious.

Prolly done eating for the day.... food from last night is still lingering I think. Going to get down abother half gallon before bed and get it going for back tomorrow.

Tuesday will be power cleans. Will shoot for 295, and will get a video
 
Alright. Weights are going up this week. Shit has been too easy and I really gotta push harder... Cardio feels great, loving it, and lifting is fun for me again, I just gotta start moving more weight.

Upping them all this week, starting with back tomorrow... I'll try for

455 rack pull
120 cable row (single arm)
240 pull down
275 dead row
35 lever pull
100 single arm pull down

I'll hit them.
 
Had to go look up dead rows. Are those basically just like bent over rows with your knees bent more?

It doesn't really work your hamstrings as much as I would like... it's more of a stamina exercise for your lower back really.

I like it more than barbell rows. But I still like my good ol' deadlifts.

Before I forget...
I bought some Body Tech protein last week from Vitamin Shop. Pretty sure it's their house brand protein, it was on sale, buy 1 get one 50% off. Got 10lbs of protein for $70, cookies and cream and banana. Both taste awesome.

Also got my back workout in today.
The ridges on the bar tore my hands up today, but I upped my weights lifted.

Really lax day on cardio... tomorrow is a cardio focused day though. Along with my power cleans, will be trying for 295 this go around. Will get a video for all you young whipper snappers.

Today is also shot day. 150mg test, 300 mg mast E, 100mg mast P

To flex your back correctly you'll need a 2nd person holding the camera. Thumbs in hip joint. Start with elbows back and flared and "curl" the elbows in and fly bat boy fly!

So good news. I may get to do what I love doing... standing in the corner squinting at people while carrying powerful firearms.... kinda like dirty Harry.

Also met the deputy director of the VA today. So... fuckin pretty stellar day.

That's my usual blood pressure.

Heart rate is usually 65ish at its highest...... I took bronkaid and C4 preworkout, but that was about 4 hours ago.

I am way out of shape compared to my previous conditioning so, more intense cardio it is.
