To start off I'm 180 pounds ,9 percent body fat ,31 years old and I train hard ..try to get to the gym 6 days a week
My workout routine for this cycle is
The 6 day bulking split from bodybuilding.com
To kickstart this I'm starting off with
50mg/d anadrol
Sustanon 250 at 750 mg/wk..
Mon/wed/fri
Deca 250 at 500mg/wk
Mon/wed/Fri
1 cc sus/.7cc Deca
I will be running hcg from weeks 4 -16
pct will be Clomid /nolvadex
I'm splitting the shots up into 3x/wk
To keep my levels accurate
Going to run the Deca for 12 weeks
Going to run the Sustanon for 16 weeks
I'll add a before pic and then an after pic
Before pic of front and back ..
So far I'm done my first week
Sustanon hurts like a bitch thinking of diluting with grapeseed oil first shot was in the delt not sore day 1 ...day 2 and 3 real sore day 4 starting to go away
Decided for the 2nd shot to do the thigh
Day 1 not sore day 2 sore .Already noticing a bit of strength increase
I will post week to week results along with pictures..
