16 week test/tren/eq/dbol bulk

What's your training regiment like as far as stamina, endurance, applied power. Do you ever put on a ruck, shoot an azimuth and just start ruckin for extended periods of time ? I understand it's a bodybuilding emphasis muscle hypertrophied environment. But do you still train for how can I say, "when shit hits the fan" or are those types of routines far behind ?

Nothin build calves better than a 20k at a 2 hour pace ;)

Went this past Saturday, took a ruck and did 42 miles through the woods. Holding an azimuth while pace countin with my Ranger beads, hitting 15 minute a mile pace, and finished under 11 hours. Called it in and got x-filled. Toes were numb the next 72 hrs. Thinkin about doing it again this weekend.

I may be around the QC this weekend...got this lil mud run my girl has been training for, told her I would do some events with her this year. Cash purse for best time, you wanna run Bo?? :D

you get points/ranked for all races but I think the cash is just Saturday 730 heat. Ive never done anything like this but my girl has set her sights on a few this year..I scoffed at first, but then she told me their is cash, point standings, and NBC is doin a 6 race televised series...one stop comes through Aville. They've stepped their game up too in 2016, check out the Hurricane Heat 12hr, and the Agoge 60

I just shut the fuck up, put one foot in front of the other and start going ape shit on myself in my mind. What if it was a guy on my team that got hit and needed to be extracted... I guess the older that I get the more I tend to torture the body, but after more then a decade of torture you get used to it.
Bla bla bla, don't want to ramble on.... Bottom line is anything you put your mind is doable in the context that in a war situation you either perform at your best, or you don't make it....
 
Today was my volume day for chest and back. I wanted a little change so I super set every chest exercise with a back one. Really focusing on getting a good pump. At the moment I'm doing 1 heavy and 1 volume workout a week for each body part. Have been on 600mg test e/ 50 eod test p for a week. No strength gains yet but they are coming soon. Already getting some acne which sucks but get it every time.

Chest/Back:
3 warm up sets of presses into flys/ 3 warm up sets of 1 arm db rows

Bb Bench: 185x20, 225x15, 245x12/
Db rows: 60x20, 80x15, 95x12

Db incline bench: 80x20, 105x15, 120x12
Pull ups: 3 sets failure/ 22,15,11

Incline db flys: 20x25, 25x20, 35x15
Tbar rows: 3 sets 20,12, triple drop set( forgot weight I used.

Dips: 3xfailure
Close grip pulldowns: 170x18, 200x15, 215x12

Cable flys: 3 x 30,20,15
Back extensions with a 45lb plate: 3x15

3 sets of pullovers to finish it out
