Today was my volume day for chest and back. I wanted a little change so I super set every chest exercise with a back one. Really focusing on getting a good pump. At the moment I'm doing 1 heavy and 1 volume workout a week for each body part. Have been on 600mg test e/ 50 eod test p for a week. No strength gains yet but they are coming soon. Already getting some acne which sucks but get it every time.
Chest/Back:
3 warm up sets of presses into flys/ 3 warm up sets of 1 arm db rows
Bb Bench: 185x20, 225x15, 245x12/
Db rows: 60x20, 80x15, 95x12
Db incline bench: 80x20, 105x15, 120x12
Pull ups: 3 sets failure/ 22,15,11
Incline db flys: 20x25, 25x20, 35x15
Tbar rows: 3 sets 20,12, triple drop set( forgot weight I used.
Dips: 3xfailure
Close grip pulldowns: 170x18, 200x15, 215x12
Cable flys: 3 x 30,20,15
Back extensions with a 45lb plate: 3x15
3 sets of pullovers to finish it out
