I am a new member here. I must say you guys are relentless on new labs. I love it. Put up or shut. If the gear is trash GTFO!!!

I'm 39 years old. Retired from the Army.
5'9" 240 14-17%BF
My training routine is powerlifting style. I will switch it up a bit for my upcoming cut cycle in may.
Bench press 405
Squat 505
Deadlift 505

Deadlift numbers should be higher but I was dealing with a nagging hammy, that wouldn't allow me to pull more than 225 during my workouts. My username here is the same username that I use on many of the boards that I am a member of with the exception of one board. Glad to be a member here.

Thanks bro. I've been putting time in the gym and eating like no tomorrow. I love being in the gym it helps with my PTSD. It's fun and therapeutic for me.

Will do. I'm still getting used to navigating around the site. I do like it here. From some of the reading I have done. I think I mentioned it in my earlier. You guys here on MESO hold the sponsors feet to the fire. And force them to be accountable.

Im the exact same way. Isnt it funny how the pain can bring us such pleasure. I consider the pain I get from lifting an gettin tatted as my therapy....Ya we are not right an deff a diff breed bahahah!!!!

Yeah bro. The pain from tats brings me joy as well. After one of my deployments I went to the tat shop once a week for a month and half getting tatted. Shit in the gym now squatting. It hurts yet feels so good.

Doing reverse band squats. Last set going to hit 595 for 1. Then I'm going drop down to 60% of my raw max which would be about 303. So I'll round up to 305 and do 3x10.
