Washing your hands at the gym.

If you get all the stds they cancel each other out. True story. First one to try wins a free extra small tshirt! I hear aids patients get hgh so their's a plus.

Almost worth it if you ask me! Hgh from a pharmacy! I have awesome insurance. Like so good that when I was on Accutane ($1,000 a box, it's a little bit more than that, like 1,100) I got it for $15 for 2 boxes with my insurance. So of only I could get good with a dr. And have them prescribe me hgh, I know my insurance would pay for all except $15!!

I recently started at a local 24hr gym but I'm not getting in there till after midnight and it is friggin nasty! It's not staffed after 7pm so it's 5 hours of nasty fuckers shitting things up. By the second session I started wearing blue nitrile exam gloves, I may look like an ass but there is no one in there at that time so who gives a fuck. I miss my home setup but I find myself getting in and out quicker with a fully equipped gym.

How do the gloves not tear? I know those things aren't too tear resistant. I spend 90% of my shifts wearing them and they tear all the time.

The most I've ever been sick is while working at a gym. You wouldn't believe how many members take a shit without washing their hands. I would see it on a daily basis. I've also gotten ring worm from the gym.

I just read a recent study that the dirties parts of a gym are free weights, treadmill and bike.

The only time I really have an issue with tearing is on a machine where my hands rotate or when benching which case I've learned not to wear them. The brand I use are thick which I snatch from work before I leave and they hold up well while handling parts I machine sometimes going a while shift re using the same pair.

I kinda want to see pictures of you working out with those on!! Prove it

I recently had surgery to fix a herniated disc. My rehab consisted of walking every day to make sure I stayed loose. Dr basically said the worst thing I could do was sit on my ass and let scar tissue build up. On nice days, I would go for walks around the block. On the few days of heavy rain I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill. This was my 8th surgery, and the only one where I spent any time doing "rehab" in a gym. This was also the only time I ended up getting an infection after surgery. I can't definitively say the infection was caused by spending time in the gym, but if I could have done it over I would have just walked in the fucking rain

I'm sure every fucking member here and their mom goes to the gym, so I'm looking for the germaphobes. I always wash my hands before and after they gym because I like to see the black shit build up on my hands when I wash after. I know the owner cleans his shit. I see it every day at 1 pm. I go to a 24 hr. Fitness, but I can't help to notice how black my hands g! It's almost gross and makes me think how dirty is it really. We all know the studies that your phone has more bacteria than a toilet. But what about the pull up bar, barbells, dumbells? Be interesting to see some insight
I'm careful not to touch my face until I wash. Gyms are dirty. I have some purell in my gym bag. I'm not a germaphobe, but I don't want pink eye.

With all the apparent fecal matter on the machines you never know. Pink eye is a possibility.

People are just dirty. A couple weeks ago some dude at the gym goes to the water fountain, takes a mouth full of water and spits it out into the water fountain. I was 20-30 ft away when I saw him do it. I yelled hey asshole your not the only one using the the fountain have some respect. Asshole went downstairs and complaned. I haven't seen him sense.

I don't think that's too bad. Like whatever water splashes out of your mouth goes down the drain if the water fountain. But if he like spit it and it went everywhere and made a mess that's a different story

I workout at a so called "hardcore"gym. The owner rarely cleans and I never see anyone putting down towels before laying on a bench or machine.

I always scrub my hands before I leave. Usually don't have any paper towels to dry them though.

Just because it's "hardcore" and for serious lifters doesn't mean it has to be an infection breeding ground. So many (mostly us guys) think sanitation or cleanliness makes you a lesser man. Fuck that I'd rather be a lesser man without staph I guess.
