Upping the mast E to 600mg this week. Should start kicking in......... sometime?
Bloodtests are first week of May at the 6 wk mark.
if I may make a suggestion....considered just picking up some Mast P and running it over the E? It's pretty late in the game to up your long ester dose unless you are gonna extend imo

I can... believe it or not my wife likes me bigger. She always makes little comments like "oh your arms are looking like they used to" or say shit about my traps not being as big as before haha.

I just feel awesome at 210lbs or below. Whenever I do things it feels like I'm flying by a million miles an hour.
Shirts and pants would always be running in my pits at 240

I can understand that man. At 250 shit is not as fun as when I was a lighter weight. Hiking, running with my dog, sex. Eveeything is a lot more fucking exhausting. I think it's cause I'm not used to being this weight, maybe if you hold on to 220-240 longer shit won't be as bad

I actually was going to get some mast P, but this is just week 3 and I'm running it for 12 weeks.
I had originally planned on bumping to 600 at this point, since I'm dry on mast p.... but I did love the mast P.

What would you recommend? 400mg mast e and 300 mast p?

240 is the breaking point for me and I've got an inch on ya, I won't push past it. 220 bone dry is my best athletic form but I gain considerable strength advantages with just another 8-10lbs. Eq is fuckin jet fuel Bo

Yeah I'm realizing now my fat ass could lose a few pounds for my pup. Take her out to the park and I'm dying in 15 minutes lol. Do you notice less energy being on lower carbs from when you did high carb low fat? Just curious. I love low fat high carb for staying sort of lean and holing muscle.

Just seems like as experienced as you are you may be left with blue balls running it like that, not very effective bc you are lookin at another 3 weeks before you hit that stride. Personally Id keep running the 400mg Mast E you were running, pickup some Mast prop and start pinning everyday. Then around 3 weeks from the end you can drop your E and increase your prop dose to = the same total. Gotta remember that after ester weight you have to take a considerable amount more of any ethanate ester to see the same results at you will from prop.

This fitness coach was trying to talk me into adding it to my current cycle at 750 a week and extending to 20 weeks

I believe this is true. I had some issues myself when I was my biggest. I think it was cuz I got there pretty fast and the body/heart struggles to keep up with the changes. I think time spent at any particular weight the body has to adjust to being the new normal. It took me by suprise to be honest. 284 was fucking HARD on me. Yall have no idea. But you gotta pay to play I guess right? I should of came off cycle and maintained my size to let it get accustomed but I went right in to a cut. Hang in there evar 250 for your height isn't overboard at all. You got alot of cycles and growing to do friend! I think the culprit is the diet. I seen how you eat. o_O

they both have their place. I run stupid complex cycles because Im a firm believer in 1+1=3 theory. Synergy is real and I get better effects from several compounds low dose instead of superdosing one or two....Personally based on where you are at in this cycle AND the time of year, I would stay your course and not add EQ an extend the cycle, save it for the winter when you can run a long lean bulker.

I do think you would see a dramatic difference if you could get some Mast P in hand by like next week and start week 4. You could hit the timing right as the long esters should be built up in your blood and just crank it up quickly rather have to adjust and ramp up again then cut it early to clear. Dosage is up to you and what you feel comfortable with. I think 75-100mg mast prop ED is the sweet spot when I run it, Ive gone up to 140mg ed but didnt see anything more in gains just more sides like burning scalp lol
What you laid out sounds reasonable 400 E 350 P....that would be 50mg ED and 2x a week you throw your E in there. easy enough

Oh trust me the goal is to get over 300 lbs and be a damn pro one day lol. I have cleaned up the fried foods from my diet for the most part here lately and kept my bp in line good.. Gonna try to stay healthy and grow as much as ican

Yup that's what I was thinking of running was the 400 n 350, then once it comes time to drop the enan I'll just run 100mg ed of prop.

I understand where you're coming from on the cycles... no one knows your body better than you.
I just like keeping things simple, for ease of mind.
Definitely going to take EQ over winter for sure... maybe try NPP with it too.

We ain't designed to be 300 lb then all the drugs that increase hypertension and the lifestyle. It's hard. Take it slow. I now see how important his msg was. I wanna be 300 too but not in a fucking year. Slow n steady. Just from your previous msg about how 250 makes you feel I think you should consider how 290+ would make you feel. Just sayin

Trying to take it slow. I'm by far the leaniest and strongest ice been at 250 and bp is usually 110/70 but not sure why I've had anxiety at this weight no clue if it's related or not. Sorry lean didn't mean to derail your log
