Nutpuncher's Log: Searching for fountain of youth

No matter how bad ass I think I am lol, two consecutive nights of what seems like no sleep does bring out the pussy in me.

I haven't tried high test/low tren, but I've read that more sides from that.

I'll lower dose for a week so that I can regain my quality of life and take it from there. I only have 3 full weeks left then I'd be done with my planned 6 weeks.

As for as diet goes, I'd say eat according to your goals. tren is badass as far as ultizing nutrients. Even though I am currently dirty bulking, I am still lean but I've only been doing so for a week. And I do 45 mins cardio daily.
Tren just aint for everybody. One of my training partners can run a gram a week and has almost no sides. Another friend of mind just cant get it through his head that tren aint for him. Keeps trying to run tren and then bails at week 3-4, then swears never to run it again. Done this at least 4-5 times. Rt now he started another tren run, i told him make sure he has someone to take the other half bottle off his hands cause no fuckng way he makes it through the whole bottle lol!!!
As for me, i have zero sleep issues on tren but i feel like shit and wanna kill people so no more tren for me cause i dont play well with others while on it.

I will use tren again. I'll use this run as an experiment to determine at what dose I can still sleep without having to take so much sleeping meds. I can deal with all other sides except lack of sleep. Got some randitine for heartburn and have not had it since. I do feel anger whenever I encounter stupid acting people, but I already know that they are acting stupid so I am able to control myself.

One of the many benefits of tren is strength. My last bench session I was able to to rep 225lbs 4 times on my last set. 3 weeks ago, 185lbs for 10 reps.

Copied @Wunderpus and got me some L-Carnitine (200mg/ml). I plan on starting with 100mg EOD and then increase to 200mg EOD unless I find a better dosing schedule. I will filter with whatman .2um syringe filter first. Each 100ml vial was only $26 shipped to my door. image.jpeg

Curious to hear how the PIP is with this, I've heard the vet stuff stings a bit.

I would dose it everyday at 200mgs.
 
Are you using insulin with it?

No, but I've read that insulin will maximize results or consume food that will greatly spike insulin after pinning or something like that. I haven't done any research on insulin yet. Do you think I will notice fat loss without insulin?
 
Gosh I love eBay. I sold 1 of my L-Carnitine for $56. Minus shipping, eBay & PayPal fees, I still made about $26 not too shabby considering I only paid $26 for it.

I put my 2nd vial on eBay but I don't really care if it sells or not. If it does sell, then I'll grab 2 more and net profit would be I get 2 vials + $52 for my eBay labor. I've easily double my profit from selling bronkiad boxes. Best part is its legal.
 
Great News!!!! Just got tracking from TP. So finally and hopefully my first dose will be within 2 weeks. Now I have to get me some T4. I honestly can't believe how much money I've spent. It's a lot of money to me but may be pocket change to some of you ballers.
 
Yes, it might take a bit longer to hit you, but I do believe you will. Also, doing the carnitine right before working out is best.

What I mean is the L-Carn needs a transport system in order to get into the mitochondria cells so it can work it's magic. Insulin is really the only way to push the L-Carn into the cells. Pin carnitine immediately pre workout, in the car if possible in the gym lot.

Walk in and and start working out.

Sip on a carb and bcaa loaded intra workout drink during.

This should spike your natural insulin at 2 prime times, when the carnitine is at full effect and when your needing it during your workout. This should prevent those fast acting carbs from becoming fat.

Always start with the safest option first. I use insulin and have a pretty good understanding of it. However, sometimes the universe just fucks with me and sometimes i will start to go hypo for no apparent reason at the gym. I'm always ready w/ Life Savers (ironic that I use those now that I think about it) and a Gatorade if need be.

If you get to the stage where you're ready for insulin, we'll talk. I just don't think it's necessary for you. Plus fast acting carbs (I like karbolyn, by the way) and BCAA's w/ creatine during your workout makes a ton of sense anyway.
 
Also, try to limit your carbs throughout the day, so you're ULTRA insulin sensitive at the gym (for our little intra workout to really do his magic). Low carbs is probably ideal as it sounds like you're cutting. Good luck, report back in 2 weeks as that's how long I suspect it will take to really start to shine.

Wonderful. Yeah, I agree with you, I am not at stage where insulin makes sense. I'll check out Kabolyn along with intra MD...I've been want to try intra md just because I dig John meadows. I already have a BCAA drink (dieselade) that I really like and actually taste fantastic.

@Nutpuncher I like Gatorade for intra workout carbs. It's pretty much all dextrose and easy to figure out the carbs you're getting. I buy a container at wholesale and add the powder, unflavored BCAA's and some other goodies. Thought I'd mention it.
 
Intra MD makes me go hypo every time, so i stopped using it with my insulin. Not sure why, but karbolyn has been great. Intra mixes poorly, too. I like JM a lot too, but the product just is okay, not anything great. I prefer to mix my own BCAAs, creatine and carbs. Having control over the ratios is nice, plus it's cheaper.

Will do. I am not cutting yet... I am actually doing some dirty bulking, but I may need to get dirtier to pack on some weight. My tentative plan is to get to 180lbs and then cut. Goal is 170ish and equal to or less than 10% BF. This morning I weighed 169.6 after pooping.

do you think I should start l-carnitine now or wait until I start cutting?
