I'm sorry but I am unable and unfamiliar to that question or that phrase.

I have never even come across this before, asin is an AI just like any other there isn't anything at all that would counteract more or less the adex or even letro. But I am no doctor, just a guy that sits on his phone too much through the day so take it for what it's worth.


Question TNE how the hell is your gym empty enough that errrryy day your poppin out the made poses and who the hell takes these pictures cause that's no DIY camera set ups I've ever seen
Haha my gym time is training- in my training I incorporate poses and static flexes as well. 5 minutes posing prior to every ssssion as well.

Matter a fact. It is all DIY. This was a 10 sec timer on my phone propped up. You can even see the phone. In the free weight sections it's my phone propped on the rack behind a dumbbell while recording a video, and I pause and screenshot in the pose.

I don't necessarily pose as I'm not competing but it is crazy how much of a difference holding various flexes and stretches make in between sets. This combined with drop sets make for the best bumps ever when it comes to arms!

I love it. Something I would definitely tell someone to incorporate. Besides, if you can properly flex every muscle at any given point..that yields for a way better workout. Knowing I can contract/stretch my lats, hams, bi, tri, chest, delts- it helps the workout be an actual workout and not just throwing weights.
He is asking about aromasin effect with tren, I think. It won't help with blocking prolactin but I would think still effective as an ai for the test.
I don't believe in the whole caber bs... I've used caber and didn't have my AI dialed in and still had libido issues. Dropped caber, dialed AI in and all was well. Controlling e2 through AI is all you need IMO.

No need for caber when running tren. Adex, which I personally prefer, letro, and aromasin are enough if needed and running aromas ting compounds with the tren.

Mind muscle connection. I love being able to flex every muscle in my body. Makes it very distinct when lifting able to focus on just using the targeted muscle to lift the weight

I love curling that 30lb dumbbell pumped and jacked and this 160lb boy throwing around the 45lb DB and telling his friends about it

If you consider my mesolites friends and swap that 160lb boy for a 190lb manchild then I'm the kind of guy your talking about! Minus saying mind to muscle connection I don't think I've ever said that out loud before :p

But I bet you can curl that 45lb in a controlled fashion. Once I touch the 55-60 I'm in a bit of a momentum and cheat mode (which I do incorporate in training) - but to truly focus ok my sets I'm using a 25-45lb DB while curling

To me it means more about the muscle contraction and the ability to focus and work only on that muscle without recruiting other muscles to help with the lift

Because of this I'm able to curl a 60 lb dumbells for 6 in a controlled manner. I really focus on supinating my palms to be parallel to the ceiling and retracing the bicep. I guess the fellas you hear talk about mind muscle connections must not know what the fuck they're doing

I can't stand to see people swing dumbells. And the worse is they think they're big and bad with only 45 lbs... I get so paranoid about looking like them that I always ask my girl if I'm curling right even tho I know I am, just cus I don't wanna be them lol

Hahah my life man. I train with a partner often as the few I choose to train with, we share the same passion and push each other. But I know my forms perfect and after almost every set I'll ask how it looked. Precision, accuracy, execution. It's like warfare !!
 
Haha same with squats when I go heavy. I can feel my self pass parallel almost atg but I still gotta ask
 
Let's do an update. 19 days on blast right now. I just popped 60mg of dbol an hour ago, hitting the gym in 30 minutes.

Everything is going great, I can't wait for the next couple weeks to really fell how I get hit by the tren. If the sides stay the way they are, I consider myself lucky as the only thing I experience is less cardiovascular endurance, insomnia, and small night sweats. I can deal with that.

One shitty note is the PIP from this pharmacom test e 500 is absolutely fucking killer. But then again, it's also something I think I can continue to get on with. I will say when I pinned my left glute yesterday it was like I could feel the oil balling up, and not spreading through... Oil was heated, shot was sterile as can be, and a clean shot.. Just painful. Also, on my right glute from last Saturday's injection I noticed almost a small bump, somewhat pimple like. But no fever, no redness, no warmth. So not too sure about this one, will be monitoring. Other than that I'm up roughly 7-10lbs in 19 days. I can't complain. Although maybe the dbol was underdosed slightly, or the AI really kept the water off me this time. I stared my AI day 1, where as last cycle I let the dbol run for 2 1/2 weeks to put on as much weight as possible, but the sides of e2 and BP wasn't fun. So I went this route instead.

Chest and shoulders today, I'll log it down.

Ya, sorry. Should have been more clear on that. I dont take alot of tren when i cycle it so ive never have to worry about prolactin. Just adds a little kick to my TRT.
