From what ive been told new york customs is pretty easy to slip thru. Dont mean they wont catch it but your chances are better i think.

If we're talking days then it is very common. I would start to question it after a couple weeks. Even then it may show up.

Yeh I wasn't really worried as of yet I just wasn't sure what facility that was I was hoping it was already thru customs lol.
Mine said it for a week then I got a letter but I have seen people say that there's made it

I wouldn't stress... I've had it say that for 11 days.... then it updated to inbound out of customs... got my pack 3 days later....

used to sell thru ebay out of the states often and tracking would show my package sitting at the international sorting centers anywhere from 3-5 days to 25-35 days depending on the time of year and seemingly the amount of work the sorters decide to do at any given time lol, sometimes it would show it was still there after the receiver already confirmed receipt even but that's mostly cause usps tracking blows especially with international shipments. just cause it says it's there doesn't mean that it is, could be down the street in the postmans bag and won't update until it's delivered
I had a package seized at customs and they just sent me the generic letter. They did not request a reply or anything like that. I sent GBN a copy of the letter and they resent the package to a different addy.
