Will do. I am not cutting yet... I am actually doing some dirty bulking, but I may need to get dirtier to pack on some weight. My tentative plan is to get to 180lbs and then cut. This morning I weighed 169.6 after pooping.

@Nutpuncher I like Gatorade for intra workout carbs. It's pretty much all dextrose and easy to figure out the carbs you're getting. I buy a container at wholesale and add the powder, unflavored BCAA's and some other goodies. Thought I'd mention it.

What brand bcaa? I've seen bulk BCAAs for relatively cheap, but my fear is the quality.

Intra MD makes me go hypo every time, so i stopped using it with my insulin. Not sure why, but karbolyn has been great. Intra mixes poorly, too. I like JM a lot too, but the product just is okay, not anything great. I prefer to mix my own BCAAs, creatine and carbs. Having control over the ratios is nice, plus it's cheaper.

True Nutrition and Bulk Supplements are good brands.

I favor TN because they are my go to for protein powders and they are legit.

@Nutpuncher Are you still running the component? If so what dosage and how has your sleep been?

Still using. I lowered my dose to 50mg (mon, wed & fri), so 150mg total per week. Other than sweaty nights, I have NO SIDES. It's been hot last few days (80 degrees) so extra sweating is expected. I don't notice any difference in gym with lower dose. Strength is still on rise. Still eating dirty while remaining lean.

I believe next Monday will be 4 full weeks. I'll continue with this dose until I notice diminishing returns or 8 completed weeks. Then switch to maintenance calories for couple weeks and then start cutting.
 
Does your buddy run a lower dose or he tries to pick up where he left off in hope of finishing?

I will use tren again. I'll use this run as an experiment to determine at what dose I can still sleep without having to take so much sleeping meds. I can deal with all other sides except lack of sleep. Got some randitine for heartburn and have not had it since. I do feel anger whenever I encounter stupid acting people, but I already know that they are acting stupid so I am able to control myself.

One of the many benefits of tren is strength. My last bench session I was able to to rep 225lbs 4 times on my last set. 3 weeks ago, 185lbs for 10 reps.

Copied @Wunderpus and got me some L-Carnitine (200mg/ml). I plan on starting with 100mg EOD and then increase to 200mg EOD unless I find a better dosing schedule. I will filter with whatman .2um syringe filter first. Each 100ml vial was only $26 shipped to my door. View attachment 40241

Tren is so badass that I don't think we need that high of a dose. And if it's 5x as anabolic as test then even 350mg a week is plenty. I learned from this tren run that to only go as high as I can comfortably tolerate. After all this is supposed to be an enjoyable experience not torture....but take that with a grain of salt because I still consider myself fairly new in regards to first hand AAS experience. I have many many hours of reading and research but that only goes so far without real life experience but then again doctors that treat cancer and addiction don't necessary have to have cancer or be addicted in order to be sucessfully.

I couldn't agree with you more. But I completely understand someone wanting more. Society and media teaches us more is better.



Deadlift day is done did. Got new PR, one rep max with 8 total plates. This was on my 4th set of 365 x 5 reps. My original plan was to do all 5 sets of 5 reps at 365, but the animal in me or the tren in me said fuck it. 405 was a lot easier than I thought...I was able to pull fast off the ground and kept that speed all the way to lock out.

I keep telling myself that there is no reason to go that heavy since I am basically just doing for "fun". I don't compete and don't get paid, so why am I risk injury? But as soon as my hands touch the bar, all I think about is teaching the weights a lesson.... I say to myself "Big mistake, don't ever question my work ethics"

Since I am not having any sides on 150mg of Tren per week other than sweating at night (not night sweats), I'd say that my body has adjusted to lower dose....And since my strength is still climbing and my body is still changing when looking at mirror... I can conclude that 150mg of Tren per week is plenty enough and will allow me to use Tren for an extended length.

AAS/HGH Update:
(a) I finished my last CompTren and now switching to 24k Tren.
(b) No longer on Test Iso. I switched to pharma Test Cyp/Prop Blend (160mg cyp + 40mg prop per ml). I was on only 80mg Test Iso per week to let my acne calm down and it has so I've increased to 1ml Test Cyp/Prop Blend per week (.5ml twice a week). The reason why I made switch because that was the only pharma test I have and I want to make most out of this blast.
(c) I have about little over 2mls left of NPP 250mg. I've been only dosing 1 ml per week split into 3 pins. And about 2 weeks ago, I added 24k DECA 250mg, pinning 1ml per week. No more NPP once its gone. I have plenty more, but will save for the future.
(d) I have some Bayer Schering Proviron that I will add, but not sure when. I was gonna add it for Tren as I've heard its works great with Tren due to some synergistic effect and it also reduces Tren's sides, but since I don't have no more sides, I am gonna save for later.
(e) HGH should arrive this upcoming week. I placed an order for some T4 and will start that on month 2. I've decided to use 1.5ml of bac water to each vial because TP said the batch that I will get is tested to be overdosed. So 15iu per 10iu vial. Since I purchased from him, I had to trust him a little bit otherwise I would have purchased from someone else. Dose will be 2iu daily to start and will increase 1iu and take from there and then may increase again. The reason why I decided to dose more than 2iu is because I ended up with more than planned because he gave me an extra kit for delay.
 
Good news hgh has landed. Gonna split with my wife. Which means less for me, but if she likes, that means she'll allow refill. Got batch #13... Was hoping to get batch #12 because that was tested to be overdosed. I asked TP about 13 and waiting for his reply.

Gonna pin hgh right before bed. I'll eat dinner 30 mins before pinning. Is there anything I should be concerned with my protocol? Is there particular macro (protein, fat and/or carbs) I should avoid or limit for my dinner?

Ive read in a few threads on GH that you should pin 2 hours after last meal with carbs. Thats what ive been doing.

GH + spot on diet = body fat dropping at an incredible rate. Also i feel really good both physically and mentally. This stuff has been everything i thought it would and more.

@Nutpuncher good deadlifts. I was a little behind on this log and just read that. That's exactly how I got started in powerlifting a little over two years ago. I was just lifting to look good and I started hitting deadlifts hard because I enjoyed doing them. Next thing I know I'm competing and consumed with chasing big numbers.

I love deadlifts and rack pulls. DL type lifts are my strongest lifts. If I continue to get stronger and if I hover in low 160's, then I'll try a PL competition. I've fantasized about being in one many times. I picture myself with an angry face and yanking in the bar few time while instructing the bar what I am bout to do and pulling 500lbs and immediately think to myself that shit was too easy. Then I woke up lol.

Hopefully I'll hover around low 170's. Speaking of low 170's... Dirty bulking is working because after decent poop, I managed to tip scale at 171.0 , which is all time heaviest for me. It's amazing I am still fairly lean. I don't think you can tell I am bulking by my looks especially dirty bulking. To be honest, I am tired of eating fast food 2 times a day.

Dat's forum is informative. Sometimes (most of the time lol) I have a hard time following do to verbiage that I am not familiar with. Haven't been on there in a while....it's time to get back to continue my education.

Do you or anybody else know if is it ok to combine hcg and hgh in same syringe?

......just lost my HGH virginity with 1iu. Gonna slowly ramp up to 2-4iu. Was gonna do 2iu max but my thought process is since I tested low (IGF-1), 2-4iu will be similar to higher dose.....I guess that's my broscience that I made up.

I am so happy that my wife may do HGH. Less for me, but excellent chance of refill. She's doing her own research and will be making decision to use or not soon.

She also gave my her blessing to blast, but with test only. I'll tell her everything when the time is right.
