Going for 8 weeks. Tren mast test. 375, 500, 375.

I am done with drugs. Going to therapistand got a script for anti depressents.
 
I believe hes doped up. He did this last time he popped like 3 busses(2mg xanax)

I am done with that shit. It was ALOT more then that. 20 mg. And other shit IDK I will never again. A Lot of stuff happened. I am lucky I didnt die.

Sad thing for us is "enough" is absolutely insane amount of bullshit to normal people. I hope you get help bro. There isn't a miracle cure just a lot of hard work to become "human" again.

Yea, I am feeling musch better.

My Pulled quad and knee tendonitis is 100 percent better. I played full 5 games of bball with no injuries.

I lifted the past 3 days doing light weight high reps. Basciacally whole body lifting.
day 1- arms, abs, chest back 2 workouts of each
day 2 - abs fls back, flys chest
day 3 - dealift lightly, stright legs deadlift light, pec dec back, quad extensions, tricep, abs.

I am going to start really pumpin it. All my old injuries are gone, even the little nagging ones. Tonight Ill be doing chest, and hamstrings.

Talk about a pump. No sides. But I don't want to jinx it. Light sleep. But maybe from lexapro. Also I weigh 205. I didnt lose a pound from last cycle. I have a good feeling about this one. My diet is 6 meals, of sweet potato everday. Cinamon toast crunch for night snack. Two protein shakes, fairlife milk. Chicken, meatballs, pasta. And a shitload of cinnamon bread. Cinnamon bun flavored protein shake. I fucking love cinnamon. I hop tp stay at 200 pounds. But Gain shredded poundage. For basketball.

Took ECA preworkout, Talk about sweating like a beast.
 
So back on track. I am bascially done with school so I have a bunch of free time.

The doses I have been using was injection ED. But Sweated at night so cut back to EOD. For 2 weeks. Now I am Increasing dose slightly. I am hitting gym pretty good recently just this week. 3 out of 7 days. So I am going everday this week. Since I am done with finals. Tested negative on all drug test.

I am focusing on compound movements for a while. I have been doing too much isolation pussy shit. It has worked but now I need to change it up. It feels good the compound movements.

I squated, did pullups, today.

5 sets of squats, reps- 20,15,10,6,4
5 sets of pullups 8,6,6,5,2
5 sets of reverse curls 15,15,10,8,6

I am eating more too. I am staying at 200 lbs so far.

Pinned left cheeck before doing squats did not phase me.

My squat is weak right now but in time I will be back.

I am focusing on 7-10 reps now. I am pushing the intensity. I lifted for 1 hr and 15 minutes.

All the hype on meso lately with front squats made me do them lol. I am focusing on compound movements so it changes up from back squat. Frist time ever doing them. first 2 sets was cross grip then I went for oly grip which is better.

Chest and legs- all sets of 5. Reps were 15-7.

Flat bench
Pec dec
Dip machine chest

Squat front (45,90,110,135) Got 135 ten times. Getting my form down though. Never did these
Leg extension 2 legs
Leg extension 1 leg
Hamstring curls

5/7 started new vial. did .5 cc out of the new one. Will be keeping treck to make sure it is right with the amount.10 mL not 9 or 8. Even though I have one more vial then I thought I did. Which is nice. I broke the first vial 3/4 or half way through it.

Second step, don't give up one addition for another by becoming one of those AAS using idiots that is always on cycle. And by always on cycle I do NOT mean TRT. I'm referring to the guy who's been on Tren E for 18 months or another idiot I read about who was popping D-Bol for in excess of 12 months.

Yeap I hear you. After this I am going on TRT for a while. Like 6 months to a year.
